GABLE Tostee is still looking for love on the dating app he used to meet Warriena Tagpuno Wright — even as he expresses “devastation’’ at her mysterious death.

The 28-year-old Surfers Paradise man was logged on to his Tinder profile yesterday morning.
Mr Tostee attended Potts Lawyers in Southport yesterday afternoon with his mother Helene and father Gray around 1pm.

He ran from the offices into a waiting car about 3.30pm and his parents left 15 minutes later and did not speak to waiting media.

His lawyer would not comment on the reason for the meeting.

Detective Superintendent Dave Hutchinson said the death was still being treated as suspicious.

Footage recorded at various locations, including Tostee's parents' home, where he is now staying, had been gathered to determine the movements of people at various times, he said.

He confirmed Tostee was still a person of interest and, when asked whether Tostee was co-operating with police, said he had "elected to undertake his right to silence".

The Gold Coast man at the centre of an investigation into the death of a New Zealand tourist has allegedly not provided his version of events to police, nearly four days after she fell from his 14th floor apartment balcony.

Meanwhile Mr Tostee, 28, has hired well-known criminal law firm Potts Lawyers after investigators called him in for questioning and forensic tests last Friday.

Potts Lawyers were contacted for comment on Monday but did not return calls. It is believed Mr Tostee spent several hours meeting with his lawyer during the day.

Detective Superintendent David Hutchinson of the Gold Coast CIB told APNZ screams were heard at the unit "shortly before the fall" at 2.30am on Friday.

"There was a disturbance in the unit, there were raised voices."

Police had obtained statements from nearby residents who witnessed and heard "certain things". Mr Hutchinson would not go into further detail.

Every parents dream child:

Police allege Mr Tostee was spotted driving a grey vehicle with no numberplates and reaching speeds of 200km/hour on the Pacific Motorway south of the border.

Police deployed road spikes on the northbound lanes of the M1 just prior to the Tugun Tunnel, but it is alleged Mr Tostee continued to drive on the rims at about 140km/hour.

He was finally stopped about 15km up the M1 at Currumbin.

What a shame GT didn't heed the advice given to him by the judge back in 2004:

Mr Tostee is known to police, masterminding a $30,000 Schoolies fake identification racket in 2004.

Mr Tostee and his friends ... produced at least 500 fake 18+ cards, which they sold for about $60 each, before they were caught.

At the time Judge John Newton described Mr Tostee as intellectually gifted and advised him to better use his skills in the future.

Ahem....another quality comment

“By the way I’ve never complained that women are *advertiser censored*, nor have I ever been in a serious relationship or been ‘cheated on’,” Mr Tostee wrote.

“In fact, I wish more women were *advertiser censored*!”

Police have seized copies of the online comments, which also include angry exchanges with girls who rejected him.

BBM So there may be a little, or a lot, more detail to that yelling and screaming that was heard ......

Good spotting, enzeder! Does this mean we can speak more freely now?

Detective Superintendent Dave Hutchinson has stated that Tostee is a POI.
