Perhaps Aspergers was a convenient excuse for a lack of awareness of the consequences of making counterfeit money as a teenager. I can see that working for him.

Yup, me too. And sadly, getting diagnosed with Aspergers isn't that hard.......it's tossed out as a diagnosis way too readily imo.

Exactly what I said to myself isis, why does he care about reputation? Is he worried it will effect his ability to pick up girls because that's the only kind of reputation he's got. ugh

He is also facing charges of assaulting police, obstructing police and public nuisance relating to an incident at Surfers Paradise in January.

Mr Tostee is expected to appear in Southport Magistrates Court on August 27.

Mr Tostee has been at the centre of an intensive police investigation involving 20 detectives and the state’s homicide squad since Warriena “Rrie” Tagpuno Wright plunged 14 floors to her death from his Surfers Paradise apartment in the early hours of Friday.


His lawyer Mick Purcell, who met Mr Tostee yesterday, said he was aware of the online statements, but would not comment further.
