Are people 100% certain that William was abducted?

Is it not plausible that he wandered off? I know that extensive searches were conducted but people are always amazed at how far an errant child can get when you take your eye off them for a second.

I think that is why they must find William, before they can prosecute.

If he is found in some obscure place which is 30km away, which is through the town and over main roads and rivers, it will be known that he did not wander there.

Incentive yes but why hasn’t anyone come forward yet?
Fear of reprisal, someone just standing by their man, family unity or just a lone wolf that’s told no one.
For example, look how volatile TJ was in front of the cops and cameras, crikey that might have been his good behaviour, I wouldn’t like to see him angry!

Incriminated by association? Conspiracy?

Yep. It unsettled me. 'Lick your fingers....'

Seriously? Willliam was saying he was dirty. He was laughingly told to lick the cake off his fingers. It is called having birthday fun, for goodness sakes. Must have been something seriously wrong with the way I brought up my young ones - they could lick their fingers in fun moments, too. And we might all have actually laughed about it, shared their joy and had some fun.

Maybe we should take into consideration the abuse/neglect/unhappiness that William was removed from, and see the joy and happiness on his face while he was with his foster parents ... showing clearly in their Life Book pics.

If it wasn't 3 degrees of separation between ourselves, a foster child, a small town, we wouldn't all be doubting ourselves.

This is why there is less certainty. But the 3 degrees of separation could be the reason in multiple MO's.

Parents shouldn't have to be thinking about predators entering their backyard, targeting their child because the child is part of an existing ring. Especially an hour from home.

Is the vid showing William devouring birthday cake taken when he is in company of foster or bio family. Furniture doesn't look like what foster family would have.

I think people have forgotten the KISS principle. It usually is the answer.

Who was meant to be there that morning? Whose alibi evidently does not stack up? Who is the most likely perpetrator?

People have had too much time to weave intricate theories, pulled all kinds of entities into those theories, post all kinds of things behind a cloak of anonymity of SM, and turn it all into a charade.

If only William could be found. :sigh:

William would have been found if he had wandered off. That is a certainty with todays tech dead or a live.

Wandering off is something that can be quantified. The chances are extremely slim, nigh impossible.

How do you know what furniture the FF would have?????

Those high ladder back, hardwood chairs are not cheap, anyway. Not in Australia. The wood they are made from is beautiful.

They are heavy and stable chairs. Perfect for a young family. And they look like they are in perfect condition, too. Well taken care of.

Not looking for a holiday at this present time? :D

Someone please explain to me what kind of furniture does a FF supposed to have. I’m serious! Maybe I’m loosing the plot.

Those chairs are similar to mine. Just pine chairs that came as a set several years ago. Not cheap & not expensive...just run of the mill bloody chairs. Jeeze!

At 11am, the foster mother called the police. The start of many searches for little William, who would become a nationwide story, began.

At 4.30pm police knocked on Karlie and Brendan’s door.
“They arrested the pair of them. We were all suspects,” Natalie said.

Karlie never mentioned anyone else was with her when the police had a look around the house, only her son playing in the yard. Nor did she mention being arrested.
Just that she had been shopping at Blacktown that day. Police had a look around and left.

“When it happened, I just knew. I have a feeling with things like this and I knew William was never coming back,” NC said...................................
She feels the NSW Police are on the “side” of the foster parents, and against her.

If nothing else it does indicate that while the search of the bush and surround was in full swing. Police were looking at other possibilities from the get goes.
imo

Brad Jones said who ever came into the street came with a particular purpose.............

Once having considered what they were about to do.
* Who might see me?
* How do I prepare for that?
*How do I prevent being identified?
The ability to approach a child without having a child get fearful or scared. That's a skill...

Shackle me now because I too once said to my babies to lick their fingers in fact I remember playfully licking their fingers.
Oooops I loved my babies so much I’d blow raspberries on their bum or tummy. Yeah and they’d laugh too.
I’m not a raging peddo. FFS

William covered in icing sugar at his birthday laughing is an absolute delight to watch.

I can’t see anything sinister.

What’s better?
Seeing William riding bikes and enjoying a good life.......or being out late at a shopping centre and being tangled up with violence and cops being called.

I know what gives me the warm and fuzzies & it’s not being spat at.

There is nothing to explain. Just another put-the-foster-family-under-the-microscope comment. Let's not treat them like the good, caring, normal people they are ... who undertook the massive task of caring for Karlie's removed children - doing her job, and doing it well - helping to heal the children from whatever risks they experienced, and who are suffering great grief now also.

A total of 30,000 children in Australia are in dire need of a permanent home..........

There are 18,000 children in out of home care in NSW, 49% of those are in Hunter New England District.

A study commissioned by Adopt Change describes the confronting statistics facing children in out of home care in Australia, including that they are three times more likely to suffer from drug and alcohol addiction and experience increased chances of homelessness, mental health problems and difficulty finding stable employment.

“Yet, if permanency is secured we know these statistics are turned on their head,” Ms Carter said.
