I think what you said about hiding him is a big possibility. That is the only way I could see Tammi letting him go to another couple.

I really cannot see Tammi helping her adopt the baby to someone else. She had it set in her mind that H had a brother. In my opinion, Tammi's involvement was not to help this girl but to help herself to a new baby.

I'm way behind but there is another TW post about a quarter of the way down this page.
Sorry if it's been posted.
I think the parts where TS inserts herself into the phone interview with Elizabeth are important. Tammi makes sure to say that she tried to get Elizabeth to come back and that Logan pushed her over the edge. Nothing is said about the events when Elizabeth left Arizona, who may have helped her make that decision, and conversation that took place from Tempe to SA. Sometimes it is more important what people don't mention as opposed to what they do mention. Tammi was desperate to bring out certain statements on the phone. She never once asked anything about why Elizabeth left in the first place, I believe because she didn't want to risk EJ blurting out her involvement.
If Tammi had nothing to do with what happened in SA (and I'm not sure she didn't), I still believe she played a vital role in getting Elizabeth to run to Texas. If there are inconsistencies in the polygraph, I wonder if they center on TS's involvement in the beginning of EJ's departure and trip.
True but they didn't know it wouldn't work until the last text message and call to Logan. The way they talk about Gabriel is so evident that they thought he was there child. They said they tought him things...................please. It is just a very unhealthy attachment that I strongly believe she would not help her adopt to another family. Again just my opinion. Just the way Tammi says we wouldn't want him now. Now that we know Logan was not abusive and Elizabeth lied about other things. She never says or acts like she thinks the baby went somewhere else. She might start leading LE that way to keep her out of it.
Thank you - I don't think it has been posted -- I really feel for this guy
and this post explains what I found in his records, when I checked out TS' suggestions that nobody would listen to him if they knew who he was or his past or something
I believe him over TS any day --
if Momtective is successful in her quest with TW, is it okay that I have already sleuthed him? :waitasec:

Goodnight to all that have left. I'm still here, trying to sort things out. It seems that one minute, I'm sure Gabriel's alive, then the next, I am sure that Elizabeth murdered him. Am I the only one that's on a mental roller coaster?

I'm right there with you, Mari.
Hugs.
I am up and down too with my thoughts on Elizabeth but my thoughts of Tammi have remained the same.
Thanks so much. :blowkiss:
Right now, I keep thinking about the part of the hearing where the prosecutor (Belle something) hints that there might be more charges pending.
Does she know something we don't know? I mean, I wonder if she has knowledge that this could turn into a murder case.
The decision on whether or not to press charges comes out of her office. I don't think she has much more than we do. She's got more than they had in Caylee's case - Eliz's statements to Logan combined with her refusal to say what she did with him is about as slam dunk a circumstantial evidence case as a prosecutor could ever get.
I think they're just giving Eliz one last opportunity to talk when she gets with her attorney to make sure Eliz understands the ramifications of not talking, so there wouldn't be an appeal down the road. If she doesn't talk, they'll slap on the homicide charges and let her stew with that for a while to see if she'll talk.
I really hope she'll talk when she meets her attorney. Gabriel's been gone 17 days now.
I need to get some sleep.
Night, everybody.
