I think what you said about hiding him is a big possibility. That is the only way I could see Tammi letting him go to another couple.

I really cannot see Tammi helping her adopt the baby to someone else. She had it set in her mind that H had a brother. In my opinion, Tammi's involvement was not to help this girl but to help herself to a new baby.

The only thing is is that Tammi was online talking to all kinds of women - adoption, being a surrogate. She might have had plenty of options and probably only gave up when she knew they absolutely weren't going to be able to adopt Gabriel. Then I think she would have tried to get him arraigned with someone else.

I'm way behind but there is another TW post about a quarter of the way down this page.
Sorry if it's been posted.

Thank you - I don't think it has been posted -- I really feel for this guy
and this post explains what I found in his records, when I checked out TS' suggestions that nobody would listen to him if they knew who he was or his past or something

I believe him over TS any day --

if Momtective is successful in her quest with TW, is it okay that I have already sleuthed him? :waitasec:

True but they didn't know it wouldn't work until the last text message and call to Logan. The way they talk about Gabriel is so evident that they thought he was there child. They said they tought him things...................please. It is just a very unhealthy attachment that I strongly believe she would not help her adopt to another family. Again just my opinion. Just the way Tammi says we wouldn't want him now. Now that we know Logan was not abusive and Elizabeth lied about other things. She never says or acts like she thinks the baby went somewhere else. She might start leading LE that way to keep her out of it.

I think the parts where TS inserts herself into the phone interview with Elizabeth are important. Tammi makes sure to say that she tried to get Elizabeth to come back and that Logan pushed her over the edge. Nothing is said about the events when Elizabeth left Arizona, who may have helped her make that decision, and conversation that took place from Tempe to SA. Sometimes it is more important what people don't mention as opposed to what they do mention. Tammi was desperate to bring out certain statements on the phone. She never once asked anything about why Elizabeth left in the first place, I believe because she didn't want to risk EJ blurting out her involvement.

If Tammi had nothing to do with what happened in SA (and I'm not sure she didn't), I still believe she played a vital role in getting Elizabeth to run to Texas. If there are inconsistencies in the polygraph, I wonder if they center on TS's involvement in the beginning of EJ's departure and trip.

Very astute observations! I think you are right - they asked them some about that tonight on NG and the answers seemed kind of vague. It was telling when Tammi asked the question about being pushed over the edge. Oh, and didn't Tammi say something about We offered to get you a lawyer, right? or something like that. There are hints in all of this. Maybe at some point we will learn about those polygraph questions.

I almost rolled my eye when they said they were trying to teach him to crawl.

The one thing I find problematic in thinking they were so attached is that they wouldn't even say Gabriel's name. like he was an it. Now all of a sudden they are claiming emotional attachment to him because of the talk about the polygraph. I think the attachment was based on ownership, not love and caring. Like the attorney point out in NG Grace tonight... they talked about their attachment in the past tense - why is that?

ok, way past time bedtime for me ... hope tomorrow I log on to good news & I see Gabriel being reunited with his daddy!

I think it's past my bedtime also - thanks for the conversation everyone. Robin hope you stick around!

This is who you feel sorry for? I should add that this is his TN record, he is from TX. So who knows what record he has there.

Goodnight to all that have left. I'm still here, trying to sort things out. It seems that one minute, I'm sure Gabriel's alive, then the next, I am sure that Elizabeth murdered him. Am I the only one that's on a mental roller coaster?

Thanks! This is an awesome site. It distracts me though from my work. I can get very cought up in trying to solve things. I will be back tomorrow.

I thought after Eliz picked up Gabriel on Dec 18 that she didn't contact TammiJack until Dec 22 or 23? I could be totally wrong on that. I got it from Jack's FB several days ago, and can't remember what Tammi's said since in their many media appearances the past few days about calls in that timeframe.

I really want to know if Eliz told Tammi what she was doing Dec 18 to Dec 22. It has me so curious. It's like a big blank spot that's begging to be filled in. lol

I'm right there with you, Mari.

Hugs.

I am up and down too with my thoughts on Elizabeth but my thoughts of Tammi have remained the same.

Thanks so much. :blowkiss:

Right now, I keep thinking about the part of the hearing where the prosecutor (Belle something) hints that there might be more charges pending.

Does she know something we don't know? I mean, I wonder if she has knowledge that this could turn into a murder case.

My thoughts on Tammi get worse and worse. Every time she opens her mouth, I'm afraid I'm going to post something that will get me banned, lol.

The decision on whether or not to press charges comes out of her office. I don't think she has much more than we do. She's got more than they had in Caylee's case - Eliz's statements to Logan combined with her refusal to say what she did with him is about as slam dunk a circumstantial evidence case as a prosecutor could ever get.

I think they're just giving Eliz one last opportunity to talk when she gets with her attorney to make sure Eliz understands the ramifications of not talking, so there wouldn't be an appeal down the road. If she doesn't talk, they'll slap on the homicide charges and let her stew with that for a while to see if she'll talk.

I really hope she'll talk when she meets her attorney. Gabriel's been gone 17 days now.

I need to get some sleep.

Night, everybody.

The best and kindest advice I could give TW is to get an attorney, and stop posting all over the internet, if he sincerely wants to try to rectify his situation. All he's doing right now is damaging his chances of getting what he wants in regards to H.

Call me a glutton for punishment, but I am going back to kpho.com right now and re-watching the old videos. I think it is interesting to note that in the first one, the reporter said that the father, Logan McQueary, was asked not to "make any public comments as of right now":

http://www.kpho.com/video/22107394/index.html

Why wouldn't they want the father on tv, making pleas for his son's return?
