Good one Dungey. MS's phone wasn't charged and he couldn't charge it until he got home the next morning. ;)

He seized a video from the Kleinburg area from when the Crown believes Bosma's truck was moved.

The homeowners had a generic DVR set up with cameras on their property. The video is from May 9.

Police found the DVR's time clock was one minute slow.

The video was shot on Westridge Drive, close to Tinsmith Court.

Jury has seen this very brief video a few times before.
 
Still waiting for an explanation of how MS could possibly get only his OWN fingerprints off the truck, or have any way of knowing whose prints remained.

Easy, by wiping off the spots he knew he touched or wearing gloves ahead of time.
