Wasn't Justin Bieber's entourage suspected of 'juicing' something awhile back? I seem to recall that term thrown around about 'juice' or something and involved mixing alcohol and cough syrup wasn't it? Maybe that's what MS was doing. JMO

ETA: It was alleged to be called 'Sizzurp' or 'Purple Drank' not 'juice' I guess. Found it after a bit more looking sorry.

Yes, please challenge what I post. I am not posting to mislead, and welcome folks to question my train of thought.

Mainly because she responded to DM's texts like she understood what an all nighter meant. And that she didn't seem surprised after the all nighter when DM requested her assistance to clean up on the 9th. Remember, CN listed herself on the FB site looking for TB until DM's arrest. http://www.thespec.com/news-story/44...police-allege/

I am no longer giving any of this bunch the benefit of the doubt. We have been doing that since day 1, and have been proved wrong almost every time. MOO

A message from "Kinks" at 10:47 p.m.: "So you finish?" The response: "Gonna be an all nighter."

"Kinks" (a nickname for his girlfriend, Noudga) then responds: "Ok. See me when you can."

From your link:
" After Millard was arrested in Bosma’s murder, investigators said Babcock had posted online advertising escort services."
I wonder if CN was possibly responsible for this... Or maybe MS? MOO
Have dates been set for the LB and Wm murder trials?

Here is a screen cap of the "shotgun" and the bowl of credit cards, with the jar of pellets.

I have enhanced contrast and curves on this pic, see below. While I am not a qualified firearm expert, I am quite familiar with long guns, from current to vintage.
I will say, I have never seen a shotgun with such a squared corner fore-end stock. It definitely appears to be a long gun, just an odd fore-end stock.

"He was probably the person I loved most in the world, even more than myself,” he says.

Good grief, I forgot about this little gem from DM.

That was really *something*, wasn't it though? Who SAYS that? Who even gives ever a thought to loving themselves? Seriously sick.

Also grew up around guns and riffles. I am guessing it may be a large bore CO2 air repeating rifle. Don't let the diameter of the barrel fool you.

Besides, it is illegal to leave a gun left stored like that. It would have been moved by LE.

MOO

I really appreciate folks taking the time to break down (no pun intended) the shotgun myth.

We've also had some other long-standing myths busted, such as MB being conveniently out of town.

Is it just me, or the does the barrel of that "shotgun" look squared, instead of round like a typical barrel?

Its a common catch phrase in psychotherapy. " Learning to love yourself" .

I believe the intended meaning of this sentence may have been misinterpreted. To me, imo, it should read something more along the lines of: 'After Millard's arrest in Bosma's murder, investigators disclosed that prior to her death, Babcock had posted online advertisements offering escort services.'

It is interesting how much the interpretation of our English language can change, based on commas, word order, choice of words, etc. I also believe that some of that type of thing happens during the tweeting of testimony, or even the interpretation of what was said in testimony. And possibly also, the same thing might be said about certain texts. I have *no* idea how foreign people learn our language as a *second* language, but I sure admire those who do.

Doesn't even look like a gun to me. Looks kinda like a "superspike", you use them to build low fences. We used them once. They are metal (painted black or green I think) and you put 4" X 4" lumber into them, then sledge hammer them into the ground. These pictures look like the superspike is attached to the 4X4, and is upside down from how it would be used in fencing. Yes, I'm aware of that, but seriously, how many people talk like that. And especially at a time when your parent dies. And especially in public. And especially while writing an obituary. Too much.

I can understand (maybe possibly, if you really twisted my arm hard) if inside DM's head each morning, he was validating himself and telling himself in a mirror that he is worthy, and that he loves himself.. but this is something so different.

Can a BB gun/pellet gun kill someone who shoots himself in the eye? (Could that cause a fatal 'brain bleed'?) Just curious.

Perhaps DM loved himself because of all the charity he provided for his friends. He promised every one of them that he would make their dreams come true, it seems. He felt he was here to change the world, one friend at a time, IMO. I'm sure he thinks that he was a great person that was merely "used" and "taken advantage of".

Sure, could be a pellet gun. Might explain the BBs on the table beside the credit cards, and the lack of removal by police.
Storage - totally legal to be stored in the open, even if a real firearm, provided it is trigger locked or rendered inoperable (eg bolt removed). Can't see the trigger in the video.

I've never known anyone to get sore chins, ankles or stomach pains from beer. Even knowing a few alcoholics, they have never complained of those symptoms. Sever stomach pain when their livers are cooked after many years of heavy drinking. IMO, its heavy drugs as it was stated MS had a substance abuse problem. Some heavy drugs cause above symptoms and add severe body pain to that mix. Coming off these drugs is awful with terrible withdrawals and will make one very sick.
The text about 'juicing' causing sore chin, stomach and ankle might just be referencing an intoxicated brawl IMO. However, if MS actually had an opiate dependance, he may have been on methadone, which is commonly called juice and is often taken mixed with orange juice. MOO

Doesn't look anything like a gun to me. Age rectangular stock section has a big chunk out of it and the barrel appears to be rectangular as well.

Loaded question. Yes, pun intended.:bullseye:

Canada has restrictions on air rifle velocity, somewhere around 450 ft/sec. US can go up to around 1200 ft/sec I believe.

I am sure a shot to the eye with an air rifle can kill, but may not be a sure thing. LE has said that they believe MWJ sold DM the gun used to kill his dad. I don't think they were talking about any type of long gun. MOO

No it is very difficult and limited to chronic conditions like MS, epilepsy, arthritis, cancer, AIDS.

You absolutely cannot get a MM permit for temporary pain relief like MS thought.

Here is the general criteria:

http://hc-sc.gc.ca/dhp-mps/marihuana/how-comment/eligible-admissible-eng.php#a1

Many many doctors are against the prescribing of marijuana, including the Canadian Medical Association that says:

https://www.cma.ca/En/Pages/medical-marijuana.aspx

ETA: pick up the phone and ask 10 doctors in your area if the prescribe marijuana and you'll get a 0% hit rate, honest.
Or you could just go to a pain clinic and get a prescription no problem, as most pain clinics are very pro marijuana. Another advantage to a medical marijuana prescription would be cost if the person is a low-income-bracket earner, not just LE hassles as you mentioned earlier.

Absolutely could kill a person if shot in the eye. A pellet gun below 495 feet per second does not require a PAL license, but even a 495fps pellet at close range is potentially lethal, esp since the eye socket is weaker bone than the rest of the skull.

ETA
Inspector North beat me to it

BBM, When exactly was the brawl where Smich got beat up? Was it at the wedding?
