Teenagers wore Kodiaks in general then. It's not the same as Timberlands, though. They started being worn by rappers and hip hop artists in the 90's. They are connected with that culture. So it's not a surprise that MS wanted a pair and even that CN might remember this since it would have been Timberlands specifically that MS would have wanted. moo

Maybe. I just bought myself a pair of Timberlands btw, excellent boot!

Thanks. From your link:

I think we know where DM's shoulder story came from, he just didn't realize that Smich's injury was already pretty well established in texts.

Thanks for quoting that portion from the article. :)

IMO, it's very common for anyone who has had a similar injury to share with another sufferer the details of their experience. DM didn't mention to MS that DM too had an injury or that DM knew from experience what it feels like, DM simply told MS he should get a doctor and have it checked out, IMO, and therefore acknowledged via text that MS's injury was real, IMO. I think if DM had any injury he would have been focusing on himself and himself alone, IMO. IMO, DM's shoulder injury "prior to May 6th" was conveniently inspired by MS's actual injury and very likely by the inconvenient disclosure that confirmed it, IMO.

All MOO.

As someone who has suffered a shoulder injury as a result of a car accident, and a torn rotator cuff injury at another time, both were persistent injuries that caused me to endure excruciating pain, so much so that even simple tasks that I took for granted prior to these injuries were not possible until I healed. I would not have been in the mood mentally or physically to indulge in any frisky business. lol Simple arm and hand motions, walking, lifting, and even minor stress or strain on the injured shoulder or arm would cause incredible distress, IMO, as they did me.

MS was witnessed by others as being physically ailing prior on May 5th and his shoulder/arm pain was mentioned in texts, and in every photo I've seen of him he appears to be distressed, IMO. I can imagine that even driving the Yukon, as I suspect MS did on the night of May 6th, would have been a painful exercise, IMO, as I recall driving really aggravated my injury and caused me more pain. I do not think DM had any such injury and the exercise and one-hand head stands in jail convince me he did not, IMO.

All MOO.

Agree shoulder injuries can be painful. Many different types.....even with torn rotator cuffs there are 4 different muscles that can be torn. We are TOTALLY just speculating that is what MS was suffering from.....but regardless, it obviously wasn't bad enough for MS to decline the "missions"......he went with IT on the test drive on the 5th (and this is not disputed....MS has agreed to this).....IMO the shoulder injury does not mean he wasn't involved in the murder.

This is true. MS was texting the day before TB's murder that his shoulder was messed up and nothing that we have seen to show that DM said anything about his own shoulder bothering him.

I don't think it's been questioned here that MS was still involved despite his shoulder injury. It may be used in court. I think in regards to today's testimony, it is questioned that DM's shoulder injury was legit and not something he is claiming and has corroborated with CN. MS seems to have other evidence that at least confirms the injury, while DM has only his jailhouse ramblings and his lying ex-gf at this point. jmo

Exactly!

What's the link Snoop was using? I can try to keep up for a while this afternoon.

No one is disagreeing that MS didn't partake in this "mission" only that MS did suffer some type of shoulder injury. This may or may not have limited his ability for some of the events that happened May 6th onwards. The little "orange guys" most certainty could have helped MS overcome the shoulder pain to help complete this "mission". Whether it be a couple 40mg Oxy pills or MDMA, both substances numb the body.

Totally agree that it looks like MS was complaining of a shoulder injury. That doesn't mean he isn't capable of being involved in the murder of TB. Whether DM had a shoulder injury is anyone's guess. I hope that this contagious shoulder injury isn't enough to get either of them off. MOO.

Half expecting DM's lawyer will try to suggest TB caused the shoulder injury and DM had to fight him off.

"He would never leave Pedo alone with Mark, right?" Pillay asks. Noudga agrees.

CN says she is "actually surprised" the letters are such a big deal. She never thought they wld become part of a trial. They were private.

Lisa Hepfner ‏@HefCHCHNews 17m17 minutes ago
Noudga told her mother and a few friends that she was communicating with Millard. In her mind they were private love letters. #Millard

molly hayes ‏@mollyhayes 17m17 minutes ago
"Pillay: In your mind these were private letters between the two of you...sort of love letters." She agrees. #Bosma

Mark Carcasole ‏@MarkCarcGlobal 16m16 minutes ago
"In your mind these were private letters between the two of you," asks Pillay. "Yes," replies Noudga. #MillardSmich

Susan Clairmont ‏@susanclairmont 16m16 minutes ago
These were intended to be private love letters. Never knew "they would be introduced against him," says Pillay. DVR never left her closet.

molly hayes ‏@mollyhayes 17m17 minutes ago
She also didn't destroy the DVR he gave her the night of May 9. It never left her closet, she agrees. #Bosma

Why exactly did she think he wrote "destroy this letter" on them if they were simply love letters?

And whats the point of this argument, are we suppose to feel that poor Christina's privacy has been invaded for the sake of this pesky trial? That she didn't know that what she was doing was wrong? Your really going to need to do better than this RP...

Refers to first jailhouse letter from Millard about paw print from Pedo that Noudga sent him. Loved Pedo and "treated him like his child."

Lisa Hepfner ‏@HefCHCHNews 12m12 minutes ago
Millard loved Pedo, treated him like a child. Noudga agrees she sent the paw print because she knew Millard would cherish it.

molly hayes ‏@mollyhayes 12m12 minutes ago
Pillay suggests Millard treated Pedo as his child. Noudga agrees. Millard loved animals. Agrees she sent paw print bc knew he'd cherish it.

Deleted confusing post as I see Morningstar has AC's covered :)

ETA: I have no clue how to do this either.

Adam Carter ‏@AdamCarterCBC 13m13 minutes ago
Pillay now asking about Millard's dog, who he mentions in the letters. #TImBosma #Bosma

Adam Carter ‏@AdamCarterCBC 13m13 minutes ago
"He was very close to Pedo. He loved Pedo. He loved all animals, right?" he asks. Noudga agrees. #TimBosma #Bosma

Alex Pierson ‏@AlexpiersonAMP 13m13 minutes ago
Now talking about Pedo. DM dog. He loved this dog. He loved ALL animals pillay says. @AM900CHML

Lisa Hepfner ‏@HefCHCHNews 12m12 minutes ago
May 10, Millard left Pedo with Noudga. Left him with mom when he went to BVI, Vegas etc.

molly hayes ‏@mollyhayes 12m12 minutes ago
Millard left Pedo with Noudga or his mom when he went away. #Bosma
