There was no link to either of the accused, other than it was found in the field where the accused are suspected to have been. The Crown did not use it in their case.

I'm not liking Dungey's start to his close in the fact that he's suggesting it wasn't planned at all. I understand he's defending his client, but the way I'm reading it is nothing was planned at all including what IMO DM did plan. Even if I'm on the fence about MS, I don't believe for a second DM didn't have his own "plan"

If he had everyone to do his bidding, as most of his guilt seems to revolve around, why would he need a plan of his own? He had all those Bros to help, why go rogue when you're the leader?
