Wow. The cost ranges from $3,000 to $20,000 to create such video.

I would be willing to bet the bus company didn't pay that. And I'd be willing to bet the accident investigators didn't pay that.
I wouldn't think the family of the driver of the Lexus would need that recreation. It's been obvious from the start Bruce hit her.
I doubt TMZ would pay that.

I bet this came straight from the desk of the attorney who is working for the driver of the Prius.

I just can't forget how the sheriffs office doubted her from the beginning. And she herself says she's unsure.

TMZ says actual video shows the same thing.

I disagree. Looking at the accident photos, it seems to be in a similar position.

No, he moved it. There is a video of right after the crash posted here. I mentioned here he moved it, someone told him to make room for emergency crews. Posts were deleted by staff, maybe because of an obscenity in it.

I was looking at this with the thoughts of what his children might be thinking, that is all, I was hoping that they were taking the news of what their father planned on doing, and were accepting of it, and weren't upset and understood. I was using a life experience to show that not everyone understands, and it can cause a lot of issues for some people, not everyone is emotionally strong and ready to have something thrown in their faces and just carry on like it is no big deal. The therapy suggestion, and the "not because your reaction is "crazy," I will just leave that alone. But not everybody discovers "that his or her parents are not who they were believed to be," and the growing up statement, I just took as a slam. I have managed to handle "growing up," just fine, for many, many years now.

I'm sure you have, Leah. My point about growing up and realizing that one's parents are not who they once seemed to be applies to everyone, certainly not just you (and despite what some posters want to claim). It's just a phase of life. I certainly meant no insult to you or your parents.

Granted, BJ's revelation is more extreme than many, but also less benign. I would have been happy to discover my father was really a woman rather than finding out he was a major criminal!

And the reference to therapy was only out of concern for what you described as trust issues. I promise I wasn't throwing stones from my glass house; I see a shrink myself.

Seeing how cars end up in crazy positions after crashes nothing surprises me.
My biggest question is why that prius was not going full speed at that time in that spot.

TMZ says the actual video exists and shows the same thing. You can believe it or not.

But they haven't even see the actual video.
Unnamed sources. Again.

I think some would like to wait for official word.

The official reconstruction video/narratives/measurements/outcome may be different.

It may be exactly the same.

We don't know.

There is a video of the accident scene very early on. It shows the original position of Bruce's stopped car, you can hear someone yelling to move the car so traffic can get by, his car is moved AFTER THE ACCIDENT to the position it is seen in all the aerial photos and other random photos and videos. A link to the video was posted was posted in this thread. When I find it again, I will post a link.

TMZ says actual video shows the same thing.

Again, they HAVE NOT SEEN it.

From the linked TMZ article:
Law enforcement will not tell us what's on the video.

ETA: TMZ won't even disclose how they obtained the 3D animation.

Note: I have referred to "Jenner's choices" in several posts. I mean his choices to transition, change his appearance, etc.

Being a psychological woman in a male body is NOT a choice. I hope we can all agree on that in 2015.

I think this 3D animation was ordered by the attorney of the driver of the Prius.

The company who made the video specializes in litigation.

If the bus company gave the actual video to LE, and LE isn't officially talking... Are the employees of the bus company talking to TMZ with promises of anonymity?
Or, are "those close to the investigation" speaking to TMZ with promises of anonymity???

This is exactly how misinformation gets around. There is no way to check the validity of the information.

I would really like the truth. And I would really like to hear it from an official source.

And I am wondering how the 3D animation was done. Who, besides LE has the accurate information it would take to create it?

(Just thinking out loud)

If the videos from the bus exist, then they should also show if there was traffic right in front of the Prius.

I don't see why that would even make a difference. The car that rear ends other cars is at nearly always at fault.

What if they did? It was obvious from day one Jenner was going to be sued big time. Even if he doesn't end up criminally charged, I have no doubt all three cars will end up suing him.

I made a comment about where I thought the video came from.
What if they did? I don't know. I was not implying anything.

But, since TMZ has not said where they obtained it, I tried to figure it out for myself and formed an OPINION.

IMO the atty had the 3D animation done. And it makes me wonder how many FACTS were used in the making. Because they can't have measurements, skid mark data, exact locations of impact, exact speed of the vehicles involved... Like LE does. It can takes months for accident reconstruction.

She's not even sure who hit her. Remember it's "her understanding" Bruce did.
So if her attorney had it made, how accurate can it be? That's my question.

All of my posts are opinion unless a link is provided.
