I was thinking that too. Injustice collector comes to mind. Many heinous crimes have been committed by injustice collectors, like Uthai Sawan, Izhevsk, Uvalde, Highland Park, Columbine, Virginia Tech, Sandy Hook, Dunblane, Port Arthur, Las Vegas, Isla Vista, Bath, Happyland Club Fire, Oklahoma City, and 9/11.

A family spokesperson tells Action News the suspect is a former employee who used to drive for the victim's trucking company. They also revealed that baby Aroohi Dheri was left for dead and died from exposure.

I just saw that and came to see if it was posted ( you guys are on point!). Sadly, he could have at least left her in the trailer with air and someone would have found her. Even if what we know ( truck fire, etc) didn't happen, family would have gone to the work place. She would have survived. It isn't like an 8 month old could identify him. You're right @Turkeytrot it is just getting worse. ALL IMO.

I just can’t read anymore on this sad and senseless tragedy. Just when I think I’ve heard the worst of the worst (Eliza), I read this. He needs to be left to die of exposure after being tormented. I just cannot grasp how once innocent little kids grow into such evil.

I still selfishly want to know why he took the men first and to where before returning for her and the baby. There’s no way (I don’t think) he could have made it to where they were ultimately found and back in the 6ish minutes he was gone with the men. Is it possible he left, killed them someplace 3 minutes away and returned with their bodies in the bed of the truck, for example?

I don’t remember hearing anything for certain that the men weren’t in the truck when he returned to get her and the baby. Nothing he did makes sense to me. JMO

I don't want to actually state my suspicions for the reason he separated them. I'm sure the ugly truth will be told by the medical examiners office. My heart aches for Jasleen and what she likely endured.

Authorities have identified the victims as — 27-year-old Jasleen Kaur, 36-year-old Jasdeep Singh, 39-year-old Amandeep Singh, and 8-month-old Aroohi Dheri.

I'm not familiar with the details of the victims' business. Are the above victims the alleged owners of Jb trucking?

If you're saying you believe this is a situation of history repeating itself as in 2005 when the suspect brutalized another trucking company owner after he was terminated, I'd really expect to learn this directly from MCSO that's known the identity of all the victims, as well as the alleged suspect for several days already.

IMO, MCSO has been very transparent and open so why withhold this kind of information if true? JMO

Sadly, he probably wanted to give the guy a chance.

My husband has a strike from a violent felony that occurred in 1989. He served time in prison. He is a total homebody family man and hasn’t been about that life in over 20 years. He has worked for his company since 2006. I know this was much more recent, but maybe they wanted to give them guy a chance. It kills me they paid w their life tho.

Unfortunately it was the obvious outcome once we learned the suspect had tried to take his own life. Coward knew he'd be caught and didn't want to be around to face the consequences. Hopefully he lives through his attempt so a jury can sentence him to death anyway. Coward.

I wish his suicide attempt had been successful.

Now he's just going to be a liability on the system.

The forensic behavior of collectors is exhausting!! Personally, I've long used and preferred the term "insult collector" since most are later shown to be imagined or otherwise perceived injustices by the collector versus true injustice.

Nonetheless, if the motive of this crime turns out to be history repeating itself where the prime suspect was once again the former truck-driving employee who like in 2005 was terminated, this is some serious one-track-mind revenge!

I'd also be interested in his 8-year prison history and who he was locked up with and any associations he had with prison gangs where this suspect might be taking orders from behind the wall. MOO

I share your fears, Knox— an individual who could nonchalantly execute two men in the primes of their lives would likely have no hesitations about SA, even involving a new mother and even in the presence of her infant child. Hoping we are both wrong about our suspicions bur I harbor no illusions about this monster.

Sorry I should have replied to another post regarding the victim's just opening up their company. Maybe just the location is new.
IMO it was just a strange coincidence that the crimes were both trucking companies. We'll wait for LE to fill in blanks.

I think that most incidents identified in the media as “anti-Asian” hate crimes typically involve people from East Asia rather than South Asia, but I imagine that there are some (racist) stereotypes about people of Asian descent (like being compliant/passive) that might’ve made this family seem like easy targets for this predator. All MOO.

Unbelievably shocking and so sad. An innocent family wiped out by a monster. Who could leave such a sweet and innocent infant to die among her already dead mom, dad and uncle? Someone with no conscience and an evil, black heart.

As to motive, I suppose all doors are open here including a hate crime but I don't see the perp of a "hate" attack-- especially against owners in a trade known to the suspect, immediately confessing his involvement to his family members, and then attempt sucide.

IMO, that victimology doesn't follow a hate crime. Instead, I do think it more follows payment of a debt, and taking himself out with the belief that his family is now safe and won't be harmed. MOO

I also wonder if the ethnicity of the victims was an aggravating factor for the perpetrator and thus the violence escalated to the horrific level.

Searching his social media and talking to his prison uhmm..... "associates" might uncover if he made anti Indian statements etc. in the past.

Proving a hate crime, however, can be difficult as it can invovle trying to prove the criminal's state of mind. For example, a series of crimes in my city had strong indications of hate crimes, the family of the victims wanted hate crime charges, but the State lacked sufficient evidence:

A. Street gang targets hispanics for robberies where violence quickly escalated if victims did not speak English. Gang drove a considerable way to an area with a large hispanic majority. Surveillance footage showed them by passing black and white potential victims. Crimes culminated in home invasion / homicide with hispanic victims.

B. Street gang member murders black tow truck driver in a rage- apparently after being informed that the driver was black. House where perpetrator lived featured stuffed monkeys hanging from trees. Blacks in the neighborhood testified that gang members (house was a "crash pad") repeatedly played loud "n" word rap lyrics, gave them intimidating stares etc.

We haven't gotten any answers from him yet, it has been someone else who called/found them etc. He had to be sedated because he was out of control. I don't see many answers coming from this $^@$. IMO
