Someone please help me get up on that darn fence!I know I am over emotional about Aly and can not seem to be impartial towards ML.I know one thing for sure , I hope he takes better care of his teenager than he did Aly.
Even though I'm on the fence, I think you should stay right where you are. Listen to your gut. I need help deciding which side to hop of into.

Just seems like he is really emphasizing the fact that she drank a lot...you would think the drinking part would have been left out of the story since she is underage, but it seems to work in his favor since bad things happen when you're driving drunk.

On the flip side, wouldn't it have been in his best interest to say things like, she was depressed, upset, about something so that he could have people think she might have driven to the levy to hurt herself? Yet he painted her as positive, happy etc. Ugh. I dunno. I dunno.

Just to summarize my thoughts I feel as if he has lied about the type of relationship he had with her. I know that I meet people and only add them on Snapchat nowadays that's just the way things work.. so I get that they don't have to text everyday they probably Snapchat she comments on his videos he might comment on hers.. they may flirt..somewhere between that first meet and this year I'm sure they built a relationship or connection and maybe she even formed a crush on him n vice versa she's a beautiful girl he's an up-and-coming rapper it seems reasonable...I feel that he invited her down to hang out probably to act on the feelings between each other maybe she did bring the wine but once things got heated drinks involved started moving in maybe something went left maybe she started to feel uncomfortable and wanted to leave and he got upset or maybe she overdosed on a pill...I'm not sure how she passed or if it was even him maybe somebody who seen her at the house that night and knew there was more going on between them got jealous waited until she left..I can't exactly say how it happened or who is involved but I do know that I honestly feel the. way he spoke about their relationship and how things happened that day and night is not truthful

I'm not defending ML, but I think no matter what he does his actions would make him look guilty in our eyes because he's supposedly the last one who saw her when she said that she was then heading home.

Again, per the Social Media Rules, you may not sleuth ML's social media and discuss your findings here.

Unless and until he or anyone else is named by LE as a suspect or POI, their SM is OFF LIMITS.

Also, please do not mention or discuss the contents of the family member's post that has since been deleted from the Find Aly/Justice for Aly FB page. If the family wanted it discussed, they wouldn't have deleted it. Please respect that they changed their mind about putting that information out there.

And finally, asking for or soliciting PM's on discussion threads is against The Rules

Posts have been removed.

Containing to post with a disregard for the rules will result in a loss of posting privileges.

Thank you.

It's foul play simply where the phone was found IMO. This made me sick and I feel for the family but especially her father. I can only imagine how he feels. All of her family and friends seem stunned that she was in Yuba City and had no clue who ML was. Family I could understand but her friends would have an idea I would think. ML Said she was chugging wine? Um I could be wrong but in the news interview didn't he say it was low key and they sipping wine? He states she was in party mode? Strange. Not sure how to take the LE and his words in the video. I'd like to think they know a lot more than that are leading on...watching the second video LE seems to hesitate when asked about ML and his involvement. If you read between the lines to me it sounds like he says we don't have evidence but he is our main POI. But that is simply my thoughts in his hesitation, body language, and how he responded. Very interesting how he even stated "it's as if the phone was placed here for us to find". For the fathers sake I hope LE doesn't drop the ball on this one.

I'm wondering if ML is protecting someone else...

Same here. There were lots of family members supposedly in and out of that house. ML could very well be protecting someone else. It's possible another person that was there did something to her and ML helped cover it up. So many different scenarios where more than one person could be involved imo.

Mike says after dinner at the Indian restaurant in Yuba City, she invited herself to his house.
Lizarraga says his son and one other couple were there too.
"She's like 'OK well I got a bottle of wine,' I'm like 'I've got some wine too,' and she's like 'Well, I'm gonna come by,'" said Lizarraga. "She was chugging my bottle of wine, I was like 'OK, maybe she's in party mode right now.' I was like 'You should probably pass out on the couch right now and go to sleep' -- 'No, I can't, I got to wake up at five o'clock in the morning, get ready, I gotta be at work by six.' I was like 'OK, I get it, I get it, but you have been drinking.' 'Oh I know, but I know the back roads really well.'"

She was chugging "my bottle of wine"
What does he mean by "chugging"?
How much wine did she have?
What happened to hers?
What does he mean by "Party mood"?
"Pass out on the couch"

Interesting choice of language?

His house was searched and I believe I read things like laptop were taken so I feel confident if he's hiding something it will come out soon.

Chugging isn't usually used with wine I would think, I can see chugging beer but wine is hard to chug imo

Not that I would know these things:).

I'll take the bait...I would know these things and I love wine and not a day in my life have I chugged wine...not even in my mindless college days. That stuck out to me big time. Wine has a high alcohol content too v. Beer and such.

Where the phone was found or where the phone first pinged?

Where the phone was found or where the phone first pinged?
Both but more so were it was found. From my classes I've learned pings can be touchy and not always accurate. So in this case yes that is the first clue that something is off. But as an investigator...you question something that is found in plain sight...ESPECIALLY when LE was at the location previously because of the truck. The LE fellow in the video seemed to imply that by stating the "it's as of someone wanted us to find it" because it would have easily been found before when they were there. Everything since far points to foul play. I feel ML holds the key(s) to this case. Either direct involvement or protecting someone...his contradictions speak volumes...can keep blaming it on nerves.

A TON of my friends used to chug box wine in college. It was always a joke that it was the perfect mix between classy and trashy...

"chugging wine" doesn't surprise me for a 20yr old who isn't legal so anything alcohol related is considered "cool" and "rebellious". Although the big RED flag is "chugging wine" and then switching back to "sipping wine".

Maybe Aly got alcohol poisoning... and the nephew that she "WAS KIND OF DATING" panicked?
