No that is false- Child molesters are the least respected in prison next to snitches......unfortunately mother's and father's who kill their own kids are less likely to be bothered with due to the fact they are stuck with the stigmata of been mentally deranged. They are more feared then anything else.

Any crimes committed against children are a target to other inmates as I have relatives currently in med and maximum security CA prisons for 7 yrs so I know exactly how CA prison systems work. Inmates make their own laws for their prison world.

These are at different level 2 and 3 prisons in CA. I would rather not list the prisons as they have been and are housed because they never hurt anyone just repeat offenders for drugs that led to other crimes but no killings or putting anyone in hospitals.

Most go to Wasco Reception prison in Wasco and then are checked in, observed, interviewed, etc and after a few months are sent out to different prisons throughout CA. On entering Wasco inmates in charge want to see your conviction papers to make sure that you are not charged with crimes hurting babies or kids.

I anticipate if AA is convicted to life he will never be in GP because he might be killed and believe you me those prisons don't want to be in a lawsuit and be sued for millions by family for not protecting so I'm sure he would have 24 hr deputy escort everywhere like showers so he is not killed. If he got DP he would most likely go to San Quentin and be housed alone with other like prisoners that have done same or similar crimes like Scott Peterson killed unborn baby and wife.

Very early in this case (when Sr. was arrested) I was able to find that at some point Sr. was listed as a registrar for ITT (one site said "dean" but the actual ITT site listed registrar), so at some point he did actually work there. The link to that is most likely in the first thread.

Obviously at some point, he decided to lie to Ana and tell her he was still there, when he was not.

On September 6, 2016 136 ITT locations had closed down indefinitely and went bankrupt on September 16, 2016.

He filed for divorce April 8, 2016 and on May 6, 2016 employees were made aware ITT was going under.

san Quentin in the bay area reception center plus death row. he wont go there.

he wont be under 24 hour guard unless he is in SHU or death row. he will go to PC prison. im not sure which one that is nowadays.

No, inmates don't have computers in their cells. They don't have access to computers, nor do they have access to the Internet in jail. Prisoners don't have Internet access either.

Day 78
Little Ara’s mother Ana was in court again today to deal with the issue of spousal support.
I’ll go in to that more tomorrow but Ana tells me that the July payment of both spousal support AND child support were made to her estranged husband Aramazd, who sits behind bars accused of murdering their son.
While child support has been suspended, the court’s order did not come in time to stop the automatic withdrawal from her paycheck.
It is money she will never see again.
Meanwhile, the Coroner’s office continues with the identification process of Piqui.
It is not easy.

Regarding my previous post from Gigi's FB, does he have access to his banking? If he's in jail and she has to continue paying support (let's say even if it's just during trial etc) what's happening with it? I would think he wouldn't have access while in jail?

Also, why wouldn't she see at the very least the child support amount back? Can't they reverse that?

He can sign a power of attorney form allowing someone else to access his accounts. Either his actual attorney, or a family member or friend.

He may be able to get a contraband cell phone with internet access. That seems to happen more in prisons than jails, though.

It's very believable unfortunately. That happened to my boss for several months after court. (His alimony had ended. His child support was 1400 and alimony 1200 so he was paying 2600 but after alimony stopped he was supposed to pay only 1400. He was pissssssed.) and my husband's ex was on assistance years ago, he is still paying 50 a check under arrangement. One time they took 300 from his account even though he was under a plan. They are a hot mess at the courts/child support.

It's a travesty she has to pay him shizz.

I trip out that someone like him gets his fat check on time and there are people out there struggling to make ends meet with their kids and deadbeat parents that don't ever pay. Jeez.

I heard that. A friend of mine ex is a CO and he has his wages garnished (or he wouldn't pay) and he put his new wife and step kids on his county plan but refuses to put his own kids even though it wouldn't cost him anymore since his new family is on it. She takes him to court and the judge doesn't do anything. Some ppl just suck, moms sometimes and dads sometimes.
