After hearing about the dungeon, I had to go back to find some dates because I started to wonder how long these three kept Brittany alive to torture her. It sounds like the heat was on for Perez (Ivan the Master) right away. I think Brittany probably died that first night.

April 13, 2012 Brittany goes missing on Friday night.

April 14, 2012 Reported missing on Saturday, and LE gets involved.

"She explained how she met Killgore in early to mid-2011 after Maraglino met a woman named "Liz."

"Killgore’s friend Elizabeth Hernandez testified Monday that she met Maraglino when she was shopping for a fertility monitor through the Pendleton Yard Sales site."

"Soon after, Hernandez and Killgore visited the home several times to hang out or watch movies."

"At times, Maraglino would bake and the women would share recipes or discuss their challenges of infertility according to Hernandez."

"Hernandez testified she knew about the activities that took place at the home and even described a “spider web” on the wall that was used to tie someone up."

"However, Hernandez (pictured right) testified she and Killgore did not participate in the BDSM behavior."

I vote "yes" for death penalty. Useless slime. The possibility for redemption here is nil imo.

I would tend to agree. These people kidnapped, tortured, and murdered this innocent young woman purely for their own pleasure, and show no remorse for it. Unfortunately, the death penalty in California is a joke. While the trial courts/judges are certainly willing to give death sentences, the Appellate Courts do not appear to be willing to let them be carried out.

Looks like a hearing on this matter is possibly set for Jan. 17. No trial date set yet. The DA hasn't said yet if this will be a death penalty case.

"Also leaving the case is Maraglino’s attorney, Megan Marcotte, who is transferring to a different position."

"Attorney Terry Zimmerman has stepped in to represent Maraglino, but she is considering representing herself."
