I am thinking that defendant just lost control for a moment and was angry and decided to get his gun to show them who was the boss, and who was in charge, why he then shot the victim I am unsure of,

I am waiting to hear what the defence has to say, will they still go with accident, and he thought he was using his taser, testimony so far shows that he went for his gun, and struggled to get the gun out of the holster, plus he knew which side his taser was on as he had pulled it out previously during this incident

not sure yet if I think he is guilty or murder,

prosecution have rested, for me they did not prove he committed murder,

I'd say just about every prosecution witness provided room for reasonable doubt - at the very least...

if I was prosecuting I would want some other charges to go to the jury, manslaughter seems a reasonable response to the evidence,

the defence will be happy with only murder charge going to the jury,
