I believe it could have been someone she did not know. But I think they knew her...IOW, I think they knew enough about her comings and goings to know when was the best time to strike.

Or, it could have been a neighbor, someone Sierra knew but not very well. Someone who looks normal, acts normal. No one would have reason to suspect him. We've all heard after a perp is arrested for a horrible crime..."He was so pleasant and helpful, it's just not something we ever thought he would be capable of."

I can easily see a male neighbor just happening to be outside at the time Sierra left the house...maybe saying good morning to her and smiling, getting her into even a very brief conversation could delay her long enough to think she will miss her bus, and then he does the neighborly thing by offering to drop her off at school.

She could be in his house right now. In an attic, a closet, a basement, or crawlspace. Probably a place that has already been searched and thus cleared for the perp to use however he sees fit.

They did not even know she was missing for about 11 hours and probably did not ask to search neighbors houses until the next day...she could have been taken far away within the first hour or two, and the person returned home, if indeed it was a neighbor who took her.

but wouldn't one of the dogs have alerted , if she had been in a house that was searched?? I'm assuming that dogs were taken in houses?

Were you living in LA or San Jose when this happened to Sierra? I can't recall it raining but have heard this before.

Kaiser, it was not raining that Friday at 7 am in the outskirts of Morgan Hill. The showers came later in the morning.

How did most friends communicate with Sierra when out of school? Did they chat on the phone often? Or is it now by texting and twitter? I would still think the phone would be the main way when they really wanna talk....

Kaiser, how did you guys communicate? Did she want to go to LA? I bet she did. All 15 yr. old girs would want to be there...

The almanac report shows no rain at all, but it also is reporting out of Hollister. Somewhere I have an hourly report out of MH, but at this point I don't know where it is. Anywhoo... I am almost positive it wasn't raining in the morning.

Someone posted photos a little bit ago of conversations about Sierra, but it looks like they removed. Who posted the pictures and what is being made of the pictures or what does the poster think they mean?
