There is an additional photo of Elaine on her thread. It does look like one eye may be lower than the other. I would submit! And also, take a deep breath.

Also can you let me know what the most optimal method of submitting is. I know them all I think but I don't know what one gives the most possibility it will be tested. I really, really think that Elaine could be this Doe and I want the right person to see it.

I found some more info on Andria on Ancestry.
She was born in VA in 1963 and I found possible photos of her but she may have already been in Spanaway or have already gone missing at the time. I'd love to know if she attended Nelson County High School. Does anyone have any more information on this? Here is the photo I found. It kind of looks like her but I'm not so certain. If she did attend Nelson County High School then it probably is her but if not then it's not her and another Andria Bailey. Here's the Ancestry record. What I can say is how much she looks like #UP4389. I think it looks so much more like the sketch so if it is Andria then this is more evidence to compare! If this is her it as her at 16 years old, her age when she went missing.

I have now found a photo that is the same Andria as the one pictured above but I'm still uncertain if she is our missing Andria.

If this is Andria then this is her at 14 years old most likely.

The girl in the yearbook photos clearly has blue eyes, and looks nothing like Aundria's photo on NAMUS. I don't think it's the same girl.

I didn't want to step on anybody's toes but I thought that the timeline would match perfectly is Lisa and Andria were the ID's of both girls so submitted her myself via Doe Network and got this reply:

"Your suggested match was previously submitted to Doe Network and was forwarded to law enforcement. The match was ruled out by LASD Homicide Bureau."

I will be sure to say how I got the match next time!

Oh no don't apologize. I sent my submission to doenetwork, namus, and law enforcement in Texas for Lisa and law enforcement in the county the Jane Doe was found in. Always good to have more people submit possible suggestions as opposed to less!!

I'm honestly freaking out right now! Could someone please present evidence that she isn't the Doe so I can stop having a heart attack? Anyways, if Andria Bailey is #UP4389, then could Elaine Robertson be #UP4388?

Is it just me or does Elaine's eye, the same one as the Doe's, look slightly lower than the other. It may be the angle but my god does she fit! She went missing only an hour away from Andria but even if she went home on her own accord, she lived in California! I honestly don't know what to say anymore. WHY IS IT SO PERFECT? The only thing that doesn't match is the hair colour being slightly off and the fact that there was no dog with the bodies but the killer may have done something else with the dog! I wish we had a coloured picture of Elaine to put my heart at rest. Let me know what you think before I submit it!

UPDATE: Elaine Robertson has now been excluded via dentals by Doe Network. The list for #UP4388 exclusions now go as follows:

I have 4 matches for #UP4388 that are not on the exclusions list. I went on the hunt for more after hearing the news about Elaine. I factored in MP's with sandy/blond and brown hair as the Doe may have had blond or very light brown.

These are matches I found to be worth posting from CA, WA and OR, the places her killer would have had to be if #UP4389 is Andria Bailey. All of these are from 1978 though, not 1979 so the CA and OR matches are more likely here. None of them seem to have the eye being lower thing but it does say *slightly* in #UP4388's profile.
Let me know who's most likely so I can submit them and make my usual table. I will also make a more detailed post with the side by side pictures.

I decided to make an extended post about Benita Chamberlin. She's never been mentioned while Barbara McLure has to my knowledge. For links please check the table that I have provided and click/tap on the blue text. This also does match with Andria Bailey as she went missing in either 1979 or 1978 and Benita went missing in 1978.

The only things wrong with both pictures is the jaw is off by a bit and the whole eye being lower. I will leave you with the links to both cases and the usual table.

It's also noted with the distance that if you find the route from Spanaway, WA to Eugene, OR and finally to Valencia, CA you can draw pretty much a straight line with 0 major detours. DNA is unavailable in the Doe's case so Benita nor any MP is not an automatic rule out. Let me know if I should submit!

I'm sorry if I'm forgetting something obvious -- do we know for a fact that the two girls were from the same area? Or that the same person killed them?

I know I've read in some other cases in this part of California that remains wash down the ravines after big storms and wind up in the same place even though they were in different upstream areas to begin with.
