Simple, open it in Gimp2 and use the measurement tool from a prominent corner of the vehicle, centered in the middle of the "fuzz" of the corresponding shadow. Basic angle, since we already know the light is coming from the right side of the picture with the truck in it.
Which shadow? There is darkness on every side of the truck. Look at the picture from a distance and follow the brighter lines from the headlights. It looks less like a shadow, and more a lightening of the road ahead of the vehicle. Look closely at the parked car... Only a portion of it is lightened, the rest looks like it is in the dark as if the photo has been digitally enhanced.
As well, wouldn't the point of view of the camera have to be factored in to the equation?
