The bylaws state "curb to curb" and the police are not shy to issue tickets in these parts if they witness someone not stopping or even starting before the person is fully crossed. We've had a quite a few fatalities in crosswalks and it's an enforcement that has more support than speed on green cameras I'd think (especially the one on Beddington Trail and Country Hills that seems to love issuing me tickets, lol)
Was his infraction that he entered the crosswalk when a pedestrian was half way across the road, and not yet on the curb at the other side of the street? Was there is a median?
