Are the victim impact statements usually printed by the Media?

I don't think it's a standard practice but I'm pretty sure I've seen some before. What cases those were, I don't recall. I could be wrong, Friday of a long weekend brain going on.

Driving around again today but will check in as I can. The victim impact statements will be extremely emotional. At least the family can let it out- not that DG cares. I'll be most interested in any reaction and if he speaks.
