CA's "shaking" in court....real or what?

By the time the Trial ends (appx July 2011), it will have been 3 years since the death of Caylee ... and I believe that deep down inside, CA "knows" that her daughter killed her granddaughter ... but CA will NEVER OPENLY ADMIT this ... or ever admit that she produced ICA, a "monster" and a "pathological liar".

For CA ... it has been 3 years of interviews ... interviews with LE/FBI ... meetings with attorneys ... depositions ... hearings ... courtrooms ... media appearances ... tv shows ...

For CA ... it has been 3 years of trying to protect her "incarcerated" daughter ...

CA has tried many times to "throw others under the bus" ... not even caring who she hurt or implicated ... anything to protect ICA ...

And ... the list goes on ...

So for CA ... it has been 3 years of "living a lie" ...

I don't care if you are "Hercules" or "Wonder Woman" ... "Living a Lie" for 3 years would stress anyone out !


But ...

CA has NEVER shown any "grief" for Caylee ... the only "grief" seems to be for her incarcerated daughter.

CA has NEVER apologized to anyone she hurt or tried to "throw under the bus" ... and she NEVER will.

CA is an extremely "belligerent" person and her behavior is most "unbecoming" for a grown woman ! If CA would have acted like a "normal, grieving grandmother", and not assisted in a cover-up of murder AFTER the fact ... maybe people would have a little more sympathy for her and her family.

CA is the cause of her own problems and it's "a little too late to play" the "sympathy card".


I believe that what we are seeing now is the culmination of the past 3 years, and it has finally taken a toll on CA !

Trial is just around the corner ... and it will be the "final act" ... and finally, Justice for Caylee !

All I can see is CA looks awful. Not trying to be mean but,
Her skin coloring is bad, stressed out.
I think she is sick.
To many pills?
Stress can cause tremors, (IIRC Crystal Cummings had seizures from not
eating etc).
She is paying now for all her meaness to others.
IMO she helped ICA by lying, cleaning up a crime scene.
BTW where is GA? Not by her side...........

Cindy is obviously hated on this website and I can understand why people feel such animosity, but she is going through a horrible time (and this is not going to go ove well I know it); her granddaughter is dead and her daughter more than likely killed her and she has to face that. We all believe we would do the right thing, but that is not always the case. I am just saying that there are valid reasons for disliking her and I have some myself, but there is also such a venimous attitude towards her that, imo, it takes away from the validity of it all at times.

She is suffering and this is just the beginning of it. What good does it do to be so venimous towards her; she is obviously in a bad way and it is going to get worse.

Who is being venomous towards her? Being honest and saying that a person doesn't trust her, isn't being venomous. It just stating an opinion. And at least they are explaining why they do not trust. We could ALL learn from such comments. We reap what we sow. This is a living example. You gota take the bad with the good.

For me - CA's most venomous moment was when she told all of us to "get off your azzes and go look for my grandaughter" - and all the while she sat at home on her couch with her trusty hammer within reach.

Wait a week.
A couple of weeks ago when called on to testify she went into frumpy stressed out granny mode, but the following week she had make-up, jewelry, hair cut,new outfit and was laughing every time the camera went to her.
It's all contrived. Ask her if she will sit towards the back, out of camera range and she will be swinging a hammer as she comes forward, center stage.

Her life is in a million pieces - her grand daughter is dead, her daughter will spend her life in jail or be put to death, her marriage such as it was is over and she is considered the most hated grandmother in America. I don't believe my hatred has any place in this picture and I have room for pity in my heart when I see what people do with their lives to cause such pain and destruction.

My mother does this. Happens when she gets very upset about something. I think it happens to some people when their body produces a rush of adrenaline.

She is quite elderly now, but this has occured for as long as I can remember. If it is not too bad, I can usually "talk her down" and it stops. But there have been times when anti-anxiety meds were needed to control it - like when my dad died and also after she had been involved in a car accident.

With Cindy, I think it could be related to the frustration of what she is hearing and not being able to "express herself" with facial gestures, head shaking, etc. I also would bet she doesn't mind others seeing just how upset she is.

My kids affectionately call my hubby "Bobbles". When he's upset or mad his head shakes..then his shoulders, then the rest. They'd know that once that head started no one was leaving happy.

BBM I agree. I attempted to make this point yesterday in understanding what was going on: the complexity of human emotions are such that anger and fear are related. If I'm not mistaken, most anger is based in fear. Psych classes were too long ago to remember, maybe time to do some research.

Yes, you are correct, beneath anger is fear. So we express our fear by expressing anger.
And I would go as far as to say I believe the anger both CA and GA express is a sign of just how much they fear the truth.

Wow! I never heard that before. She just took bottles of water home? For her own use???

I did hear that she never sent out any thank you notes for anything anybody did, including donations to the Caylee foundation.

I finally watched the video of Cindy shaking I didn't get a sense that she was fearful or scared... she looked crazed! Like crazy mad! It was actually scary to watch. She reminded me of when she did the Morgan and Morgan deposition. Casey and Cindy have that same look in their eyes in moments like these. Wide eyed and hardly any blinking. Very scary.

But I believe the past 3 years has put her "over the top" to the point where she has gotten on disability (sorry - I do not have a link for this but I read that somewhere on WS).

She may have lived a "life of lies", compounded with major problems from her daughter, husband and family, but she was able to "maintain" a job BEFORE Caylee was murdered !

From what I saw of CA in the courtroom on 5-2-11, it is a "CA" that has reached the "end of her rope" ... the culmination of EVERYTHING that has happened in the past 3 years ... and the fact that she will now lose her daughter -- either to the DP or life in prison.

Maybe ... just maybe REALITY has finally set in ?

It appears to me that she is nodding her head a bit while the judge speaks. Her left shoulder/arm is also twitching but that could be because she is shaking either her leg or wringing her hands off camera ... OR because of her repressed rage.

Either way I do see her spiralling out of control soon. The breakdown is inevitable ... the one she's been trying to avoid for three years ... and it's going to be much worse than if she had just admitted the truth to herself in the beginning.

It's sad to watch the trainwreck but of course, incredibly frustrating that she won't just face reality and save what's left of her family.

Sometimes you shut yourself down so much that anger is the only thing you can feel. You turn your sadness, fear, shame, guilt etc. into anger and never feel your true emotions. It's a common unhealthy coping mechanism.
