This unidentified White female was found "wedged on the rocky shoreline" June 17, 2000 (decomposing at the time). She was wearing only a bra and earrings. She was 5'5" 100 lbs, 22-32 yrs with 15" long brunette hair. This demographic seems to fit the stats of the GB4 victims.

I don't know if that one really fits, there are however a number of unidentified bodies found out to the east of Jones Beach, especially on the beach in Amagansett. They all get brushed off drownings who washed ashore, but I'm not convinced, especially when its body parts. They were finding body parts out there right around the time they were finding them on Ocean Parkway too

If she was strangled it would fit but since we don't know that I looked up the cases you mention, some of which have been discussed before:

Emre E, I don't think this is the direction you were going with your post on the Peaches thread but these are great threads you linked to. Thank you. Many UID's in these threads are part of a theory I'm looking at and mapping, which is why I'm posting it here (there's some new ones in these threads I need to add to my map).

My theory is that at least some of these victims, particularly the males with possible ties to East New York could have been connected to Methadone Clinics. It just so happens that an empire of methadone clinics and treatment centers, Narco Freedom, Inc. was shut down in the past few years (established in 1971), the owners indicted on charges " including grand larceny, enterprise corruption, insurance fraud, commercial bribe receiving, violations of kickback law, conspiracy and money laundering."

Just cause she was strangled wouldn't mean it "fits". Dismembered? No. Whole body of female wedged along the shoreline in Brooklyn? Doesn't sound anything like any LISK victims.

You're probably right -non dismembered would be different, and no burlap like GB4. I did find a potential match for her which I submitted: Leanne Marie Hausberg http://www.charleyproject.org/cases/h/hausberg_leanne.html -went missing with earrings with a similar description a year earlier less than 3 miles away. Age doesn't match but the hair and other demographics do so I thought it was worth it to submit.
 
This is speculation, but a friend of mine passed a location in middle island and saw what he said was a massive police search in a sump. He thinks a body was found. Keep an eye on news 12 today as they would likely be the ones to report on it, if in fact a body was found. The sump was on county rd 21 and bailey rd. Or the corner of rocky point and bailey rd. Theres a sump right there. Reminded me of JT dumping spot. At a sump.

Mr. Lafferty walked with a limp , however had no corretive surgery, therefore no pins or screws. He also did not have access to a vehicle his NJ license was suspended and is now expired.

I believe that there is a very good chance HUGUES FRANCOIS is innocent. I wholeheartedly think that New Jersey prosecution sacrificed this man to save their conviction rate. Please take a deeper look into his case and you will see that the prosecution can present nothing to prove that he ever moved to Long Island.

Judging by the time and MO and disposal method, I believe Thalia Stahis is probably a LISK victim. Would like to cooperate on this case, if you are interested.

Update from cbs radio says skeletal remains were found in the middle island area that i posted above.

I believe it's human. Can you pinpoint the exact spot where the sump is at Bailey & Rocky Point. For instance Jessica Taylor's sump is called County Rd 111 Well No 2 (I believe). It would be very useful to find the name of this sump, County Rd 21 Well No something and look for records with the SCWA

Its literally tucked into the corner of both those rds. If you look on google maps its kinda overgrown, but its definitely an old sump. Theres also a trail in the woods next to the sump and thats where they said on the radio the remains were found. So probably beside the sump. On the eastern edge of it.

I see it now thanks, just south of the rocky point STATE pine barrens preserve as well

No problem. Ill try and post a pic of the map. Its just south of bailey rd and just east of rocky point rd on that corner. Just beside the street.

Gee.. not much. Theres a shell gas station about half mile south of that location and directly across the street from that sump, to the west, is a massive sand and soil type depot where heavy machinery and big rigs work moving large amounts of dirt. Not much else really.

Very interesting... Thanks for checking out my map -there's always more to add (I started with Kings County and worked my way out going from the mid 90's on). I will need to look at Francois' case a lot deeper but yes, I would like to work on that with you.

Thanks for the link on Lafferty too -great details!
