no evidence of that. 31 days does not sound "accountable" to me. besides an easier solution would be to move out. it's much less icky.
She did move out and in with TL three days later, rather than taking over the house.
Everyone please try to remember, there was no real point to doing anything with G & C because they had not signed the house over to her. Way back in the thread someone posted something about CA possibly thinking about temporarily signing the house over to hide it from the divorce court, so GA wouldn't get half. Wouldn't fly because GA's attorney would have that transfer voided on day 1 and maybe CA's attorney told her so. However, KC may have begun thinking at that time, with GA out and the house in her name, she'd only have to get rid of CA and it would be all hers. This fantasy may have started a few years ago, is what I'm saying.
Way back when, near the beginning of this case, there were rumors that G&C had filed for bankruptcy protection which turned out to be unfounded. (Checked PACER myself, it truly was unfounded.) However, perhaps they were considering it and had discussed signing the house over to hide it from the bankruptcy court. (Totally unnecessary in FL with the unlimited homestead exemption in place at the time but they may not have known that.)
My point is that either of these scenarios could have been the genesis of the house fantasy. I do think there had to be some discussion at some time because I don't think KC is creative or bright enough to come up with an original thought or lie.
I don't think KC had any real plan in place and this is borne out by GA and CA still being alive. If she had ever planned on killing either of them without the house transfer in place, surely she would have done it the same week in June, rather than avoiding them and running from LA. This doesn't mean it hadn't been a fantasy for some time. Anyway, bottom line, they're still here and when that three days was up she moved in with TL, not the other way around.
