Here's a thought. After going over ALL the video from last night and a few previous ones as well. Why do we not see GA on them anymore? Can't count yesterday's little umbrella dude - GA wasn't "mugging" for the camera there. But, think about this, we see - JB and LP together, JB and Cindy together, JB and Casey together, LP & TP, Cindy and Garrison, but I have never seen JB and GA together. Nope, not once. hhhmmmm - even JB said last night that Cindy was out there just for support for him. I think that is interesting. Anyone else?

Cindy seems to be the authority in that house--she interrupts George and speaks for him in a lot of the early video.

Okay, let's say George is lying. We know for a fact Caylee was alive on the 15th. Casey stayed the night with TL on the night of the 16th without Caylee. So where is Caylee? Most likely whatever happened, happened on the 15-th-16th. IMO I believe Geoge saw them leave on the 16th.
I agree. I don't think George had anything to do with it, but after the fact he may have helped Casey cover it up. I did notice during an interview with Greta that Cindy didn't want him talking about the shed. Found it strange because they were talking about the gas can incident. I don't know if Caylee died in the trunk or if she was placed there after the fact. any ideas?

Completely beyond interesting. And all those little affections last night seemed like more than support. Hand holding? Rubbing his back? Leaning on his shoulder? Seems like stuff you share with your husband, not the attorney... JMO

If LE had DNA evidence that the human decomp was Caylee's they would have already ARRESTED casey for MURDER.

Can anyone her PROVE the car was not driven off the tow yard lot?

I believe just the opposite................if they have the DNA, which I believe they do, they are just waiting until all three labs come in. They have no reason to get in any hurry about arresting her for murder. She is in jail now, and will not be getting out, so what is the hurry?

LE can drop the child endangerment charges and charge her with new charges anytime and start the clock again under Florida statutes.

Time is on LE's side, not Casey's in this case. There are witnesses still out there who may come forward, there are places to search, and the odds are real good her parents will "BLOW" shortly............they are a virtual treasure cove of information.

Her brother may come forward with all the info they need, given time to accept the reality that Caylee may be dead at her mother's hand.

We also haven't seen GA and KC together either, that I can recall recently.

Good point!

Sorry, but I don't agree. There is no hurry to charge her with murder. They are still carrying out the investigation and may be withholding those results for lots of tactical reasons.

I agree with your disagreement lol. This could a death penalty case of a woman, and the prosecutor may very well want to delay a bit and see if Caylee's body is found. Especially with TES coming in.

They know where Casey is. They can afford to wait. It's not like when Scott Peterson was about to run.

Yes, they said they dug it up and replanted it so they could move the pool tool box next to the house, because they feared Caylee would climb up on the box and get in the pool. BUT, said pool tool box was still next to the pool.

Just watching it again now. IIRC, the dogs hit very, very close to where the bush had been.

Yes, that's correct. I saw it too. Wondered why they hadn't moved the box since the bush was moved. Didn't want Caylee to climb on it and fall in the pool.

I think they need to check the backyard again. jmo

Presumed innocent only applies to a court of law. We are free to believe whatever we choose to believe until we are in a court of law. Presumption of innocence does not apply in a free speech country. It only applies in a courtroom.

Thank God! Yes, legal standards often have nothing to do with reality--look at the insanity defense.

Only 175 volunteers showed up to search. That surprised me. TES said the number was lower than they expected as well.

That is a higher number than I would have expected under the circumstances publicized that it was only AN ALIVE CAYLEE THAT WAS BEING SEARCHED FOR. People/Searcher's don't want to be used for an unrealistic goal. It is due to the public statements of CA being made & published in both print & visual, which I suppose would have been her goal to decrease the SEARCH EFFORTS. Look how long it took for TES to be contacted by this family. Just about anybody having any contact with them in interviews pointed them in the direction of TES, gave phone numbers, background, etc. & yet this family refused until apparently according to TP CA finally gave in & made contact issuing the public statement that this action was due to satisfy the "maggots"/public.

That certainly caught my attention too.

I betcha that she is not as nice to Casey behind closed doors as she seems to be. I remember my best friend in high schools' mother constantly told everyone how beautiful her daughter was, how smart ect. To hear her talk my friend could do no wrong. She seemed to be like Cindy..blind to all my friends faults. Years later my friend moved back to our hometown.
When she told me that her mom had gone off the deep end I was shocked.
Come to find out she abused my friend, her sister and their dad. The parent's finally divorced.
In many ways Cindy reminds me of that friends mom.
Ah, the secret family life versus the public one. Not uncommon at all.

Not according to the police...plus, it was father's day...Cindy, when asked about seemed to say she forgot she brought her there for father's day and made it clear she didn't want the police to go to the nursing home. I'm sure LE checked it, so you needn't worry about taking my word for it. IMOO

Also, I remember seeing towards the beginning of "Part 1" of the 400 pages released, the Father's Day pic, and documentation below that had been run. I'm not a technoid, but it seemed that they double-checked something internally on the camera, and confirmed that the date displayed on the photo was truly the date that the photo had been taken. I remembered all the "the camera dates must've been wrong" disclaimers, saw that and said, "LE is DA BOMB!"

I don't have a single fact to back it up, but I do lean towards the theory that Caylee was hidden somewhere in that back yard for a day or more before being moved.

Agree completely. In my scenario, GA did not do the deed, but he certainly covered the crime. JMO of course. I think that's why Cindy was the spokesperson in the beginning: I don't think GA could say anything on TV in the beginning. I think he was heartbroken, but maybe he thought Casey was pushed (by her mom?) Again, my opinion only. That and a buck will buy you a donut.

Guys, how long was Casey out of jail? Was it over a week? About a week and a half? Just trying to nail it down in my mind.

Let's see. They waiting 10 weeks after the last day the child was seen to call in TES? They really wanted to find her NOT. I think Cindy is afraid to have Caylee found. She might have to face reality if she did. Wasn't she still clinging to that siting at teh airport - long after the police had investigated it?

Does anyone know if there is a transcript/transcript link of the original bond hearing where CA, GA, LA all testified?

It could very well be guilt. If and when she admits to herself what a monster her daughter is, she then is faced with what that makes her. How she contributed to that. And she has a heck of a lot to look at there that we can all see. What else is there that she knows about mistakes she's made in raising Casey, that we know nothing about?

Hence the guilt. Makes sense.

She's shamed everybody. Literally lol. And abusively. Everybody but Casey of course, who's perfect, and who everybody else is abusing.

The first couple days this was on the news, I thought she seemed loving of her grandchild. But I remember watching interviews and thinking that something was a bit off.

Did she actually also view Caylee as a burden? Resent the time, care, and money it took to care for her? Is her lack of any apparent grief and concern for Caylee because she's actually feeling some relief?

I just don't know. Just looking for some clues, some answers in there. Something to indicate

WHERE'S CAYLEE?

Great point! I've heard a lot of grandmothers who are the primary care-givers of grandchildren use the child to berate the mother--"I took care of Caylee when she was born, etc. etc. Maybe poor Caylee was a source of tension in that house.

IMO she was dead before she was placed in the trunk. I don't know why she would have been put in the trunk alive? But then again nothing surprises me anymore in this case!
