Well remember, the guards at the jail had to ask Baez more than once to stop hugging Casey. I'm not sure Baez did anything sexually to Casey, but I wouldn't put it past Casey to accuse him of doing so!
Can you post the letter. I can't find anything on Twitter. It is impossible. Thanks.
When I saw video of Casey in those hot-pant-short-shorts, I didn't think that her daily jaunts to Jose's office for eight hours at a stretch were spent "working on her case". I'm sure that Baez' staff could tell some tales about what really went on behind closed doors

There's also pics of her with the white sunglasses, tight blue shirt and her beewbies practically busting out where she's holding the big white binder that is labeled "Media" on the side. It appears that she always made sure she looked "hot" for Mr. Baez - or for somebody in that office!
Hmmmm......wondering if she fired him when he told her how much his cut would be as her agent????

While I am enjoying all the latest crazy in Casey's so-called-life. I am also skeptical. I would advise all my wonderful Webslueths family to not just jump on the bandwagon and believe anything that comes out of any of their mouths. It could very well be a last ditch attempt to get some kind of money... any kind of money.
Also, do not fall for Jose coming out with a tell all book and go out and buy it. I would simply ask all of you to go to your local Barnes and Nobles, grab some coffee, a notepad and pen, read the book and then put it back on the shelf. It's that easy. Of course, then come post a summary for all of us here.

If this is true, I do not feel bad for him. At all. He danced with the devil. Casey may have walked out of jail free... but they will never be free from the devil they danced with and helped free.
I still would like to see other media - like the local Orlando networks/paper - report on this. Why would someone say that they are planning to fire someone? Was it a threat, do this or I will dump you? Why not just go ahead and do it?
If it is true, I wonder if the reason had more to do with the latest offer? FCA may have decided she wanted to keep all the money and not split it with JB.
When she sold Caylee's pictures, he kept it all. We never found out the actual disbursement of that money. Maybe it was all spent on her defense, but why would that have been such a secret? Maybe he put some in a trust for her, but instead spent it or he is using it to support her now but won't release it directly to her?
I don't know how they split the Ohio money?

I wished all the attorneys would just fire Casey. They ower he nothing more. Her trial is over and she can get a court-appointed attorney to handle her appeal.
Defense attorneys defend people in court, or they work with prosecutors and judges to get the best possible deal for their client in terms of legal consequences. They do this even knowing their client is guilty as charged. However, once the legalities are over, they go their separate ways. Exceptions are the wealthy who have attorneys on retainer. But even then, the attorney does not provide housing, food, medical, dental, etc., for that client.
This group ought to be done with Casey for good. She will eventually bring them all down. I wish they would wise up a bit and get out while they can.

You know, I'm starting to wonder. That letter almost sounded too good to be true. The offer is a candid interview. The interviewer is someone interested in reality television and controversy. I wonder if they are agreeing to pay her a bunch of money to humiliate her on video? Of course, they're not going to say that, but any lawyer worth a grain of salt would look at this letter and think something is up.
It's just too good to be true. Maybe Baez told her not to take it, and she fired him because it sounded great to her. Oh I hope she takes it, and I hope it backfires on her. I hope he does humiliate her. I mean, it's called The Dirty. That doesn't sound like a respectable source that would show Casey in the best light to me.

Geraldo is really quite funny to watch interview JB, once you get past the sleaze factor - or at least the last couple of times I've watched, he was. He's all "my good friend blah blah" and then he punches him really hard a couple of times. I was pretty shocked when I watched it that JB would let him get away with it.
And it's entertainment, eh? People love to be the first to report a pratfall - friend or not - it's a scoop!
Kind of reminds me of the old days when something new was breaking every day! Oh what fun! LOL
ETA Well, maybe not so much fun, but we were desperate to get any news about Caylee and something was breaking every day back then.
