Yes, the last one I know of was last week and I see these funds were deposited on the 20th, - last Friday.

Thank you! I must have missed Cindy being on TV last week. I wasn't aware she had made another TV appearance since she and George were interviewed by Meredith Viera on August 13.

Do you happen to have a link to it? I would sure like to take a look... if I can stomach it. Or if you know which show she was on and which day, maybe I can find it.

Richard Gabriel and his company Decision Analysis are pretty interesting. Looks like his specialty is jury selection. One of the things listed on what they do is "Mirror Juries." They recruit a group of demographically similar people to the actual jury and have them watch the trial then provide day-to-day feedback to the attorneys.

I remember during a hearing Baez asking about payment for a jury consultant and Judge Perry asked LDB if she used a jury consultant. She replied that Mr. Ashton and Mr. George were her jury consultants, LOL.

It seems as though I have a vague memory of JB going through the names of experts he wanted the State to pay for and HHJP denying a jury consultant. Didn't he say something about Mr. Mason and his experience? Or maybe I am confusing that comment with another situation.....

That's right-Judge P did deny the jury consultant. That just means JAC won't pay for it. They can still use one if they want to pay the person themselves or try to get him/her to work pro bono.

a few years back he was targeted by a lawsuit on behalf of his inmates, alleging that assigning them (males AND females) to work on chain gangs was cruel and unusual punishment. Sheriff Joe prevailed

he was asked why he allows only 2 TV channels: Disney and the Weather Channel. Disney, because it's wholesome and TWC "so they'll know how hot it's gonna be on the chain gang tomorrow"

his jail has an extremely low recidivism rate and the highest rate for inmates obtaining GEDs

I'd be very happy if KC got LWOP, was assigned to a chain gang and was housed w/o AC

HHJP also stated he didn't belive in the them--I think he gave them a big fat "NO"----didn't he also ask JAC and they pretty concured?????

I have my doubts about pleading guilty before trial. I think this all signifies that the defense KNOWS they are going to lose this case and are gearing up for the mitigation phase, after she is found guilty.

So why not avoid a "loss" for their record by actually coming out and doing the right thing. Instruct Casey to confess, apologize and show remorse and humility. Humbly ask for mercy and forgiveness from the good people of Orlando, the tax-paying people of Florida, LE, The Anthony neighbors, TES, all the innocent people attached to this case that have been harmed and all of the millions of followers and bloggers who have watched in horror at the murder of a baby and the cover-up by her family.

Just let it go, let everyone breathe again and have our faith restored in not just justice, but people's ability to do the right thing, in this case, the greatest good for all involved. (JB could even be a hero if he could pull this off)
