I believe there's Gilbert the PI and Gilberto the attorney. Not one and the same.

The fact that the phone call about TES searches traced back to a firm that employs Gilbert (no o), and the sign-in sheet lists Gilbert (no o) leads us to believe that Gilberto is not involved.

But I've been wroooo..... wrrr... um, mistaken before.

LOL, I have been ummmmm, mistaken once or twice (but never three times) myself!!

Hi YNot, I believe ICA is at the 33rd Street Jail - where she is known as Inmate Number - 08049710, in Cell - F-DORML-24, Date Booked - 10/14/2008.


Interesting the roach report was called in by the mother of a 40ish year old career criminal! The comment section had some serious remarks and some great levity!

O/T: I can kind-a see where mom is coming from, I was appalled this summer when Similac recalled their baby formula due to possible roach infestation, DGbaby was 8 weeks old and had been drinking it from the get go. I'm assuming if the formula was contaminated the roaches had probably been sterilized in the bottling process - where as roaches on a food truck, not so much. BLAH!!

I found a lawyer by that name who practices in Orlando.

Will visited for 45mins on July 29, 2008 from 7pm to 7:45pm

Stefany visited August 3rd, 2008 for 45mins from 9pm to 9:45pm

If she is currently the go-between Baez and ICA instead of him taking time to go himself, then it will be she who tackles the next challenge.

We all saw Baez speak sharply to Medina at the close of the four day hearings. I think he was telling Medina to tell "that girl" to keep her hands off of him during the arguments - and stop shoving her silly notes in front of his face when he is listening to the SA making presentations.

He is much much too busy to be paying any attention to the defendant when she is in court. Doesn't she realize this case is about him, not her?

Feb 17, 2011 a 7 hour visit..WOW..that's a Loooooong conversation.

Interesting, JB does not visit his client once in February but his next recorded visit is just a couple of days after returning from his "unique opportunity." The visit looks to be rather short. It's odd to me, I would think attorney visits would spike up not down as a trial date approaches, especially when the DP is a possibility.
