If the lawyer knows the child is dead, he would not say the things he just said, or when the truth came out he would be going to jail.

He only knows the lies he has been told, the problem is he keeps turning those out to the media.

The comment the Cindy made in the interview when the report said if you could talk to your daughter what would be the first thing you would say to her "I forgive you"....I am so glad the report asked "Forgive her for what???"

This is very controlling manipulitve mother and it's obvious that there we "issues" between them....Cindy wrote about them in her my space blog.....her comments about loving and caring for Caylee and being lied to and things stole from you etc.....

I have feeling that Casey paretns said we are done with the lies and BS from you we wont tolorate it and CAsey said fine I am leaving & Caylee is coming with me....however the Grand parents didn't think she would be gone that long etc because she "need" them for money etc and Casey was like I will show you......

Actually I think if the investiagtors would set up a meeting between Casey & Cindy at the jail (have Cindy weird ot montiored) Cindy could get her to talk and tell what she knows. These two have very strange mother daughter relationship - Mom is in denial about her daughter & what she is capable of, Casey is used to being able to lie her way out of everything because her parents have always believed her....so they say to the media but I bet freinds & family would paint a very different picture...meaning they know she has issues has a problem with lying & stealing etc....but they don't want to admit what is right in front of them so to speak, exspecially not infront of the media.

I've been trying to follow this case since I first saw it on NG. It certainly is extremely bizarre. I guess I'm kind of in between. Don't really know what to think about it all. On one hand from the things that I've read in the mother blog we obviously know Casey left with Caylee on a bit of bad terms with her mother. I wonder if Casey does know exactly where Caylee is and knows she is un harmed but just wants to make sure the grandmother has no more contact with her. But then, I would just think Casey would tell the cops about that instead of sitting behind bars. I just can't see Casey purposely killing her daughter, or atleast my mind doesnt want to believe she could be so cruel and cold hearted. I wonder if maybe something happened to Caylee on "accident" and may Casey is just soo scared. You would just think if she knew something had happened to her daughter on terms of death she show some sort of emotion..... I guess i'm just rambling. I wonder if Casey may have been jealous of the attention and treatment that her parents gave Caylee.

I believe Cindy threatened to take Caylee away from Casey, due to Casey's party-girl ways. Maybe Casey did start taking on a job as a stripper/dancer as someone suggested already and Cindy found out.

Whatever it is that Cindy had on Casey, it was enough to make Casey leave and take away the one thing Cindy loves most, Caylee.

It is like a "haha I'll show you" kinda thing, but it is still enough threat to Casey that she is refusing to tell the truth about where Caylee is.

Hang on everybody, there is NO chance that girl is getting out. The psych eval will keep her and if that doesn't they will charge her with the forgeries or check theft.. imo, they are waiting to see if she will get bail or other before they go ahead as it is probably related to the evidence in Caylee's disappearance and only want to disclose it if forced to.


I said it last night, this lawyer is going to try to plea her down, with the promise of her recovery. You cant think a well versed attorney believes this crap- it is his 15 minutes, let him have it. We will find this baby before Le even has to consider it, and then I hope charges of obstruction or hindering at a minimum are brought against the gma if proven..

Like you, I don't think Casey did anything to her daughter intentionally, but I do believe something awful happened to that baby.
THATS why Casey keeps lying....to CHA.

Suz, I would only add that she alleged ZG Mom, Gloria, watched Caylee in 2006 (unsure of date) and also include the office breakin and location of ZG.
