I have a feeling that Casey's story will once again change..this time from "I left her with the babysitter" to "So and so murdered her and I have been threatened not to tell" of course in any story she tells she will never claim responsibility...

How did Casey get home or wherever she went after she left that car in the parking lot? Who picked her up? What was her demeanor? What was the condition of her clothing and hands/body. Was she dirty? How were her shoes? I wonder if they have questioned whoever picked her up. If no one picked her up, where did she go after she dumped the car and how did she get there? That seems to be a really important step in this case since it had a dead body in the trunk. I wonder if anyone saw her there?

Bolding is mine CC...I missed the part that Cindy drinks alot...I know she said she has been drinking alot of water and asked for her water while on the stand..but I missed where she said or anyone else said ..she drinks alot. Thank you for enlightening me..but can you help me out with a reference.
You weren't on last night late, but Liltigress was kind enough to post several links to Casey's MySpace account. She also provided us with a link. If you are on Liltigress do you still have the link.
In it not only did it mention the heavy drinking. It also stated that "Mom and I were teaching Caylee how to do shots"

Cindy said there were 2 days from June 15th to July 15th she didn't interact with Casey via phone at all she did not say when those 2 days were but she did say that Casey had gone to Jacksonville with Jeff Hopkins.

Do you really think if the parents knew anything about this that they would have involved LE?
Don't you think they would have just bought the girl a ticket to someplace abroad and moved themselves. Who would ever known anything had happened?
This chaos is the result of Casey and Casey alone.

What happens if the Anthonys pay the $50,000 bail bond, and then Casey is re-arrested on other charges in a day or two. Would they get the bail money back? Or is that forever lost?

The only way it'd be lost is if Casey didn't comply with the orders of release and return to court.

In the court proceedings today it was stated that Casey borrowed the shovel for approximately an hour. That is not enough time to transport a body to another location and dig a new grave- especially for someone of her size. My guess is the shovel was used to "undig" Caylee and then returned to the neighbor and that her body was then transported- probably to a body of water somewhere. Maybe that is where the "mini-vacation" to Jacksonville comes into play. Correct me if I'm wrong, but isn't Jacksonville near West Palm or a beach? That would also give the body enough time to produce the stench in the vehicle during transport.

I think it is time to reexamine the photobucket pictures of Fusion and align the dates to the "new" timeline.

I agree and am willing to help. Does anyone have the links or a handy way to find them LOL? could I suggest we submit them to suziq or her timeline thread???

A question I asked on the previous thread............if Casey dug up Caylee's body from the grandparent's backyard, and re-buried it...... Where? I'm not familiar with Florida, but I do know Orlando is a big city. Where would be a likely place to begin searching?

I have thought about this too and it makes me think about all this talk about a mini vacation...She could have traveled quite a distance away from the Orlando area...this may be where any of her cell pings in that time period need to be looked at closely...There are so many forests and natural perserves here...pings further away from Orlando, if they discover any, might hold some clues

I think the main thing is whether she shows up in court on the appointed day. If she's in jail when that time comes, it should be easy to get her to court.

Really..I felt the opposite about him..I felt he was very egotistical and that he felt whatever he said or did should not be in question. When the defense attorney was trying to pinpoint why it took him more then 2, almost 3 hours to respond to the call at midnight from the family..he just said he was at home . got the call and never gave any reason why it took him that amount of time to get to their home. H e even said he was at home. wasn't because he was asleep, working on other cases, etc. when asked by the defense attorney.

I agree that was the impression I got from him also.

I think they get it back. I think they only lose it if Casey skips.

Remember, they were moving the playhouse the other day. Does anyone remember if one of the places that the dogs struck on was the playhouse or play house area?

Yes, that's where George indicated a "dent" that he didn't recognize (in the ground).

Speculation here, but perhaps something happened earlier, and Caindy and Casey or just one of them placed Caylee in the playhouse until they could figure out what to do. Casey thought to burry her in the yard but as others have mentioned found it would take too long to di the hole and changed her mind. Then she was moved to the car so they could figure out what to do next.

Oh dear God..... :nerves: I think I'M gonna have the nervous breakdown!

Exactly!!! I think they made the discovery and dug the body up without telling George anything. I think they realized when they were moving the body that the car was going to stink to high heaven, and they placed a bag of trash in it. I think they then dumped the vehicle and waited..... I don't think George had a clue as to what was going on. He knew he smelled something horrible, and wa-la! found a bag of trash that he disposed of. In the back of his mind, however....he KNEW what he had smelled when Caysee was missing. He KNEW - and he has been told to shut up by GM ever since. I can't imagine protecting my daughter from her having killed her own daughter.:croc: P.S. sorry for having confused "theonlyone" with "theoneandonly"....although I do think it sort of applies! :takeabow:

Did anyone think anything strange when George said he was new on his job and his wife insisted that he go to work and look over things so to speak?

]I thought she only kept the shovel about 15/20 minutes.[/B] I think she must have left the body in the trunk a few days to still have the smell " if that is what is in the trunk ". I do believe Caylee is no longer alive just not sure of the rest yet.

Also I read somewhere today that the person who picked Casey up where she abandoned the car was known and was to be questioned today.

It was actually an hour. And am I correct that I heard the detective say the neighbor said she brought the shovel back after she showered? Or was I hearing things?

yes, they have...though I haven't heard a name yet?

I thought myself that it appears that George hops from one job to another. With their credit situation I thought maybe she was just not wanting him to lose another job. I did think it was odd the way he said it though. :)

There are so many places it's really hard to speculate. I'd have to think, though, it would have been in an area she knew and quite possibly not too far from where the car was abandoned and/or near the apartment she was staying at while Amy was gone.

The lake near the Sawgrass apartments has been mentioned here and that's a possibility. A lot of apartments have a little bit of woody area nearby, so it the one she was staying at had such a place, that would be one of the first places I'd look. Digging in Florida is hard work but not that hard (and not like here where you almost need dynamite to blast thru the rocks)...
