Guys,

Everyone who is getting frustrated, mad, annoyed, or is in a bad mood in general needs to step away from the computer for a bit.

If not I will start banning without any warnings.

Love,
Mom

If the Anthony's really did kick Casey out that day they were negligent IMO, because they should have gotten an attorney and at least tried to get temporary or permanent custody of Caylee first. Cindy said on Myspace that lies and betrayal started after the birth and many chances to change were given. They had to know that Casey's behavior was not normal. To kick Casey out and not protect Caylee first was a big mistake.

Totally agree.

Their feelings of guilt run SO deep, the only way to cope is to believe some stranger harmed Caylee & it was out of their control to protect her.

They don't really care WHO.... a nanny... a kidnapper.... a 'friend'...... ANYONE BUT Casey. Because if they ever have to admit it was Casey.... they have to live with the fact that they still could have intervened & protected that innocent baby.

IF Casey is found guilty, it's possible that Cindy is the only one in the family who is a suicide risk. Maybe George too. Lee seems strong & he also seems like he faced reality from the beginning.

If she had any motherly feelings towards her child she couldn't treat her with such disrespect I think is what you are trying to say?

Her behavior afterwards has that same air of disrespect. I have seen many a person more upset about losing their dog than what Casey has done.

I've seen people more upset about losing a newspaper or a cleaning rag than Casey is about losing her daughter.

IMOO

Discovery Evidence to be released this afternoon.

Under the Florida Sunshine Law, we should all be able to access and read the 400 pages worth of documents and view the photos. Get ready for some serious reading !!

On pins and needles here!!

I'm thinking it's more likely that it contains items of Caylee's clothing or something like that...I think if it was a body, we would have heard about it before now.

IMOO

But they said the information they're releasing would be to support the neglect charge. Seems like if they had evidence like that Casey would be already charged with murder.

On Local 6 under the video, the dumpster video is there. They said that the documentation that is coming out is only for the charges of neglect and lying to authorities so there will be no info there as to what law enforcement thinks happened. We'll see though.

They were not roommates for a month. They were planning to move in together, Amy was delayed (see myspace comments) and Amy was also gone for a week during the Caylee unreported month. Casey was with Amy for about a week and told her Caylee was with GPs... which seemed to be standard for her. Caylee was not Amy's responsibility and she had zero obligation to be kept awake at night wondering if Casey was telling the truth abouth her whereabouts.

Also keep in mind she was staying at Tony's during this time as well. She may have went to Amy's when she was pretending to go to work. Clint the roommate said Casey said that Caylee was with her grandparents, so no red flags about being with the GP. When I was little I would stay at mine GPs house all the time for weeks. One thought I had, on the Oveijo house its listed for sale for $550,000 is that the house they were planning to move into. The rent on that would be quite steep for two 20 somethings. Also the area behind the house is very overgrown and woodsy.

I agree....that's why I asked if this place was always like this....

I don't know much about cadevar dogs, but hostorically, are they most always on the money? I just can't get passed that, that kind of seals it for me although I do hope Caylee is alive.

It's not always like this. At least in my short time here, it hasn't been. But lately, people just have been getting nastier and nastier. That's why I didn't really post yesterday and stayed away until now. Hopefully, everyone can just take a step back and realize without more facts, we are all going off on theories and we should all respect one another's thoughts on the case thus far. Just a thought and my humble opinion. Don't want to see anyone end up in time out. :-)

I am just excited that there is something new :)

I agree. I don't think LE has enough to be honest.

I was gone for an hour and there are 10 new pages! At this rate, we'll have like 12 threads per day, LOL!

READ THIS a little past halfway down. This is an EYE OPENER:

If this is true, whew! In my opinion only!

"There are a lot of her friends who may have come forward two or three weeks ago [and talked to the media], but they are certainly not now," Casey's mother, Cindy Anthony, said. "They ask me, and I say, 'Don't do it. Your life won't be the same.' "

This family is unbelievable...blaming law enforcement for not finding Caylee and telling people with info not to contact law enforcement to help find her grand daughter. Isn't that comment alone a possible basis for an "obstruction of justice"/"interfering with an investigation" charge???
