Late Wednesday night the Orange County Sheriffs Office released a statement confirming that tests sent to the FBI have returned.

"I have been advised by the Criminal Investigations Division that late this evening we have received and are in possession of results from the FBI Laboratory." Captain Angelo Nieves said in the statement. "These results will be reviewed by investigative personnel and we will be meeting with and sharing the findings of these results with the State Attorneys Office on Thursday.

I do not think that they would be taking "Questionable" dna to the State Attorneys.

Does anyone feel that the meeting with Cindy yesterday was maybe a way to put preasure on her as well. She has many conflicting stories would could be obstrucition. Also she clearly lied on the witness stand in the bail hearing saying that she talked to Casey everyday, maybe they got the phone records and confronted her with them..I don't know, she really tried to make Casey look like mother of the year which to me is the equivalent of putting lipstick on a pig, no matter how you dress it up, it's still a pig. Thoughts?

I think if LE wanted all this info secret then we wouldn't be hearing anything. While they have played their cards close to the vest, I think they are allowing this DNA evidence to "leak" out to put pressure on Casey and her family. I think its working.....

I don't feel that way at all. One of the hardest things to get out of LE is information while investigating. So many unsolved investigations that are aired on TV, the biggest complaint family members deal with is "not knowing what is going on", even years into the cases, the family knows nothing.

Yes. Absolutely. Not a doubt in my mind.

Unfortunately, I picture a scenario where Casey's jealousy erupted into a violent rage and that is why Caylee is no longer with us.

That is what I think too. I know when I was little I was told I was adorable, and my oldest sister hates me to this day because of it. I always thought that was the stupidest thing. I never was jealous like that and could never understand her feelings towards me. Now I understand completely, there really are people out there like that. I thought she was the only one. When someone was around she would be nice to me but the min she got me alone she would hit on me, tell thinks that where not true to get me in trouble. Makes one wonder if she did Caylee like that when no one was around.

I jumped the gun. Either the camera angle changed or the RV was moved, but it is now in sight, and whoever was standing out front is now gone. Sorry, everyone!!

I'm sure somewhere in that screwed up head of hers, she doesn't blame herself for what happened....I'm sure that she blames her mom for not watching Caylee when Casey wanted to go out.

I can hear her saying "well if mom would have watched her, none of this would have happened." I also blame Cindy...she should have made Casey more responsible for her actions in the past....then maybe we all wouldn't be here completely sick to our stomaches this morning......

I just have to respond to this. I'm not crazy about how Cindy has, imo, interfered with this investigation. However, unless, and I am dead serious about this, you, or anyone else throwing these comments out, have actually EXPERIENCED FIRST HAND dealing with someone like this, especially if it is your child, you have no idea what is involved. It isn't a black and white matter of enabling because you want to baby them or bury your head in the sand, it is also a lot of fear of the person doing harm to themselves. The manipulation is very intense, and I ended up coming into contact with a lot of other families with this problem. It is a nightmare I wouldn't wish on my worst enemy, and again, you (generic) don't have a clue looking in from the outside.

An email sent from the Orange-Osceola State Attorney's Office, said they are not disclosing any details of their prosecution, but that Anthony had been "invited to our office to shed light on the disappearance of the victim in this case."

Our prosecutor’s trial strategy will not be shared outside this office in order to pursue justice,” they added.
