Off the top of my head I would say at home cleaning the car but at the same time I dont think he wants to protect Casey has much as he portrays to. I think hes only doing it cause Cindy would kill him if he didnt. If you noticed during the interview with greta when she was asking about the gas cans when george was sitting on the couch Cindy's body language indicated to me that she didnt like George's answer as if he said too much, but thats just my opinion.

The body language is very revealing in that Greta interview. Cindy wiggles around when George mentions the trunk. Cindy also appears to grab his leg at key points in the story (kind of like a kick under the table).

For those who believe that little Caylee was stowed in the tire area of the trunk and brought to the Anthony's home in the car (in the garage), how do you reconcile Cindy's 911 call from the garage when she finally wails about the car smelling like a damn body. When Lee arrived he mentioned the car was in the garage and says that Cindy was also in the garage. Why make a 911 call from the garage??? I suppose it is a good a room as any but weird.

I agree with you. But, how does making fun of and insulting help? why do we have to sift through pages of those who write nonsense here to see those with theories?

beetrue, please understand that GALLOWS humor has been a RELEASE since the beginning of time.

Kindral, your theory has been proposed many times here.

It IS possible that Casey left Caylee in a hot car and she died.

Thank you OS. I know it has. My point was the decomp situation and if she was found and in something did not happen violently such as being left in a hot car, at this point the DA cannot prove murder. The conversation I was having was that IF it was murder (ie, gunshot, knife wound, choking) etc.. at this point manner of death cannot be proven. The point also was that IF it is any of those things, Casey will never take the deal. She will not divulge where the body is.

Did the police ever ask CA's parents to take lie detector tests - and if so, did they?

They just showed on the 11pm news, Cindy putting up the "no trespassing" signs in her yard earlier this eve., and a reporter was quizzing her while she was doing it. Cindy said to the reporter: "for all I know, someone broke into the car at the tow yard and put a body in it".[/QUOTE]

OMG>>>>>>>>>>>>>is that what she said?

That woman has totally gone off the deep end..........

I am sending the police in my area to go search ALL THE TOW COMPANY YARDS for dead bodies someone HID in the trunk of innocent victim's cars. They could solve all the missing persons cases right away........

GIVE ME A FRIGGIN BREAK ~~~

Very crazy...but only hide for a while they break back in and remove it. All with no marks visible. I have said it before but I will say it again...my heart breaks for her. She has really lost touch of reality. I suppose I would too if hers was my reality. It is very sad.

I heard the same thing. Cindy went to the tow yard and she said that is what the guy told her.

Interfering with witnesses? Is that her idea of searching for Caylee? And when did Cindy make this claim? The news that he smelt it only broke 2 days ago. IMOO

Honestly? Is that for real? He has a legal write to shoot? Man!
Interesting trespassing laws often come with a need for a fence and not just signs 2+2 what does the ordinance say? Sidewalks and streets are public right of way.

This has been my idea the entire time .I feel that maybe when the tow guy told GA that the trunk smelled George lifted the truck and what he may have thought was a bag of trash may have been Caylee.Maybe he did'nt even know it was his sweet Grandbaby:doh:

In regards to the fund the Anthony's have set up. I remember in other cases such as this, at times information is released as to the amount that has been donated- either the family or the bank has released information such as this. My question is, does anyone know if the amount that has been deposited into this account is public information? I realize under normal circumstances that this type of information would not be public, one just can't give out information on deposits or with drawls on someones account. But because of the way these type of accounts are set up, is it public information?

Also, I realize my next question is very petty in comparison to what is going on, but did anyone else find it odd that Casey is wearing shorts for her meetings with her attorney? I myself am not one of the ones that think something is going on with those two, but I was kinda surprised that given everything that has gone on, and how the public perceives her, would it not be to her advantage to dress in a more professional and business like manner? I did not think to much of the grandparents wearing shorts and the t-shirts, but they at least were attempting to go out and pull the bill board around, attend functions that were outside etc. Even in a court room, your attorney will advise you to "dress the part".

Given that so much was made about her previous attire in all those photos, I would have thought that someone would have mentioned to her that possible she might want to wear a nice pair of tailored pants, with a nice button down shirt or something.

I stated several days ago that I thought Caylee was in the trunk under where the spare tire is kept. I think she was there when GA brought the car home from the tow yard and parked it in the garage. While Ca was with KC and AMI. Watch this link where GA and CA are on the couch talking to Greta and watch how CA squirms when GA starts talking about the trunk of the car.

OMG.............I think you are right !!

I couldn't figure out where the baby was when George opened the trunk and they threw out the garbage at the tow shop............Now.....that makes so much sense.

I have always felt George took care of it for Casey......but this is the missing link in my scenario.

A WS'er has the same car & measured where the spare tire goes, it's small,
only 5" deep & 25" across.

Don't forget the gut @ the tow yard was there when the trunk was opened, I sure after 19 days in a hot trunk there would be no doubt there was a body in there.

I am not so sure they had to take her out. Someone here (can't remember off the top of my head) suggested that she might have been in the area where a spare tire would have nomally been and then covered with the carpet like you do a spare.

That made perfect sense to me and really filled in my missing link about how the tow man and George threw the garbage out of the trunk without seeing the body.
Someone here posted pics of her Sunfire (same model), and the spare tire compartment had hard cover, if I recall correctly. She measured the depth of where the spare goes and it was only 5". It would be hard to fit a 3 yr old child in there with the cover on, even a tiny one.

Although it does look fishy, I hope the GP's had nothing to do with this. It's all so hard to wrap my mind around.

I agree that Casey will not confess....

Unless she is about to face a DEATH PENALTY charge.

1st Degree Murder = specific intent to KILL.

I had to have someone trespassed from my property once, the police officer told me that I actually had to warn the person first, then if they came on to my property again, to call the police and then the police actually had to give them the paper work for it to be a legal trespass.

Re: Limited Immunity
Well they were smart to offer that to Casey as she is incapable of telling the truth.

It is inevitable that she will lie.

It is brilliant. If she lies in anything she tells them then they can turn around and take the deal off the table (after they have her information).

????? If Caylee was in the trunk for that long wouldn't there have been more decomp matter? If they left hair w/decomp apparently they didn't clean up very thoroughly. Besides decomp wouldn't the body fluids have seeped into crevices. What does that area look like, molded, fabricated?????

No, they didn,t. Caylee was put in the spare tire compartment. Contents of that compartment are not visible when the trunk is opened.

Holy crap. I have a Pontiac. I think y'all are onto something.

You could easily hide (I hate to say it like this) a 30 lb. package in that well in the trunk. Easily.

And just put the carpet back over it. Easily.
