I have never been one to bash the Anthony's but geez, what a performance in that link. Who was that guy that cindy kept hanging all over?
 
Hmmm....just thought that wouldn't DCF have to approve any papers regarding Caylee now? Guardianship, medical, legal, whatever...I would assume DCF would have the authority since KC has been charged with neglect/murder of the child.

I agree the State cannot/should not ask for a court appointed guardian because then it could be construed that they believe the child is alive.

Still, there must be something they can do/appoint to look after the financial end of things. Sigh.

While I agree it would be good to stop CA from her outbursts, imo it would hurt things in the long run when Casey does go to court, her defense woud argue that there was legal proof Caylee is not dead since the court appointed her a guardian, therefor Casey could not be guilty of her death.

He was Casey's body guard.. "Lenny's" nephew, Rob Dick (or something like that). Part of the circus that blew into town about a month after this all started.
 
CNN just announced that CA threatened to sue LP for the search and the memorial scheduled for tomorrow . LP told her to go ahead on it.

I started my only thread for this forum, asking and mentioning this should be done. Absolutely, if Caylee's remains are found, a guardian should be in place also. Especially since we have seen irrational decisions and acts by the Anthony's. This is a minor child, her mother is now in jail accused of her murder, the Father, his family and the other half of Caylee's rightful family, which the family refuses to acknowledge in anyway have rights and say so.

Someone neutral should be involved to keep a lawful, well balanced process in place when it comes to anything regarding Caylee. I got slammed here and was told by a few posters I disgusted them and other not so nice comments. I'd be willing to place my name on something regarding an appointment of a guardian ad litem for Caylee. It is much needed yesterday.
 
If Cindy had a problem with them being there and searching she should of stayed home. What good could possibly come of her going there?
Cindy went looking for a fight.
I think she believes she runs the world.

I don't think so!!! The people of Orlando aren't going to listen to her spew her BS!

When the police arrested her for murder, did that not "seal the deal" so to speak? She isn't considered dead, I mean? I know, I'm an idiot but I'm confused about this whole part of it.

Any legal types wanna help me out a little?, please :)

These fools are just a heartbeat away from a violent encounter where somebody ends up seriously hurt.

You'd think they'd be walking together as a family in mourning and NOT coming from opposite directions like a couple of STALKERS looking to rumble.

Yeah, CA was threatening to sue everyone...
LP is right---let her.

I sure wish someone would file charges against them for their actions today. Pushing, grabbing a camera, stealing a sign off Murt's van...etc.
As long as they continue to get away with this, they'll continue.

Hope there's no trouble tomorrow.

Exactly!

Why come from opposite directions unless they really were looking to 'rumble'? As if they were, what, blocking the people in??? Strange.

Also, I noticed the media isn't showing much video of the incident itself. I sure hope NG does! :)

IMHO, I think LP was just a lil too close for comfort in finding Caylee today...thats the reason for the A's showing up and causing a scene.

That's what they are though... families like this do the same thing to one another. They treat their children this way. We can't expect they will treat anyone else any better.
 
Maybe I'm not getting the same video you guys ae seeing. While the Anthonys sure didn't look happy, nor did they seem to be creating any fuss. They were talking to LP and the other bounty guy....and a cameraman was intrusive and persistant about filming them although he was asked to stop. And a loudmouthed woman seemed to want to vent at them that it's about Caylee, as if they don't know that.

People need to make up their minds.....the Anthony are pilloried because they don't join searches in the woods to unearth a corpse and when they appear at a search site, they are villified. Maybe Cindy doesn't appear to behave as others would like or perceive that they themselves would....remember that this tragedy is personal for her and her family.

I agree it was planned out that way. Kidfinders had drove through early in the day before this too. I just don't get why CA and GA want to keep inserting themselves in the middle of things. They want people to leave them alone but yet they keep pulling stupid stuff like this.
