I know! talk about time management skills! We should add it to our CV's. :floorlaugh:

Does anyone think Nurmi will be limited to the five hours we've heard about?
Trying to make sure I don't get too close to the computer or TV too early LOLOLOL I want to get home just in time for JM.... strategic planning is now my forte, thanks to this trial :)

Dr. Drew is so annoying...

how on earth did he get his own show? :waitasec:

'You are a sociopath' - and no, he (Travis) doesn't have a psychology degree.

jmhoo: there were NO cds.

:floorlaugh: I know! SORRY, I was being facetious.
I just loved the CD lie and the next lie to cover that lie and the next lie to explain another lie about the sex in the office in TA's home. And the lies always snowballing! LOL

LMAO. I mortified her one day when I noticed her friend had the same Disney backpack I do ( which I use when we are at Walt Disney World). I piped up * Oh hey I know where you got that!*

Live long enough to be an embarrassment to your children!:floorlaugh:

LOL!! I bet her friends think you're great while she sits and :blushing:!!! You'll be happy to know your ability to embarrass her will last at least another decade. Mine are in their mid twenties and yeah, I'm really embarrassing. I say things like cool.

At this point, I have hard timing making up my mind about which one bothers me more. I thought it couldnt get worse than Nurmi, but then Willmott got up again for a while and her whiny manner just drove me nuts.

that is why I absolutely know I will be muting either way. :drumroll:

Sigh.

Today Juan gave his closing arguments.

I also did my daily check of JA's Myspace page today. This post on her page finally changed from 4 years to 5 years today:

Travis:

I wonder how much you raise the hotness level of Yreka all by yourself, factoring in its per capita hot stats before you came, I am sure it has raised exponentially.

So this was posted on 5/2/2008. We will never know if Travis posted this or if JA did.

Yes Abe, Donovan was on Jodi's FB about a week ago updating pictures etc ..

yes minor... they are ready to head out and DISCUSS! as soon as nurmi is done and juan puts the last punch on.

I hope juan plays the no jury will convict statement!!!

I also hope Juan reminds them about how JA was arrested. With ANOTHER gun, rental car and knives to do business! These jurists live there, I would be freaked out if she was let loose any time soon!

I hear ya. Nurmi's looooong draaaawn out questioning bored me. Then JW got up and the whiny sarcasm made me crazy :banghead:

The DT must think they can do something sneaky with regard to the third gas can, given KN's reactions and objections today when it was mentioned. They might try to contend the 3rd can was returned to a different Walmart. This would be in contradiction to the defendant's emphatic proclamation during her testimony that she returned it to the same store. She misspoke - that excuse isn't worn out yet in this trial, is it?)? Or, what's one more lie?

Beyond that, there is the pesky issue that she purchased approximately 10 gallons of gasoline (~5 at the beginning of her trip, and ~5 in SLC) that would not fit into her car and the other two 5 gallon cans. The fact that each time the purchase of that additional 5 gallons was done separately from the other purchases clearly was meant to conceal the existence of that can. So, unless she was pumping that gas up her rear-end, that issue will also need to be dealt with before that 3rd can issue goes away. IMHO

Granted, if she got 50 lies per gallon of gas, she could easily have used that gasoline, and probably another 100 gallons had she dispensed it as I suggested above...:floorlaugh:

Badabing! Yes, that's what Nurmi is going to say. Good Lord.
Won't work...IIRC she testified that she went to Starbucks in the same center as the Walmart, then after thinking about it there she left Starbucks and returned the gas can.

Abe is now the Knowledge of Every Darned Thing..... has 15 minutes gone by yet?

Didn't Jaun cover that when he said she filled the third can?

Yes. He did. Jodi also told Nurmi on direct that she bought the can at Walmart, went to the Statbucks "in the same parking lot", decided to return it and did so after leaving Starbucks and prior to her nail appointment.

Then she confirms twice to Juan that she returned it "to the same store you bought it from"

This video has all of the gas can testimony

Dan Freeman, the one who I personally do not like. The one who has been visiting Jodi for years. He he is on HLN telling his story all over again. Proclaiming he is a Very Dear Friend of Travis and didn't know that Jodi had really done it. You see he doesn't follow the news he doesn't have a TV.

MOO

Dan is not an honest person and no true friend of Travis. "A close friend of Travis" doesn't have an clue that Jodi may have killed him?

MOO

From the testimony I heard from Dan Freeman I will say I thought he was honest. I don't see why it matters that he does not have a TV or follows the news. He knew TA and JA and "the news" does not.

Is there the instructions somewhere online yet?

Is 2nd Degree in as a lesser charge? I missed this morning...

<respectfully snipped>
I don't think I can stomach nurmis droning. And nothing I can do is going to change the outcome so I think I may just watch what makes me not scream.[/QUOTE]

Snipped by me:

Watching Nurmi tomorrow is going to be like going to a double feature movie. The 1st movie (Juan) is a blockbuster. The 2nd movie (Nurmi) is a snoozer.

In my vision, at about 4:30 pm AZ time (middle of the movie) the "audience" (gallery and jury) walks out. About 15 minutes later the judge walks out, flips off the light switch, and locks the doors leaving Nurmi & Company talking to the walls. :floorlaugh:
