The amount of time she pretends to sob and cry during JMs description of Travis' death is remarkable. Really? She thinks the jury won't notice that she's faking it when she NEVER has to wipe away the pretend tears?
JA's pitiful attempt to boo hoo reminds me very much of CA. Both disgusting.

This may be better to post on the sequence of events thread but I think I just figured out the shoe print thing. It always confused me because she had just socks on in that dreadful neck wound photo. I wondered when she had time to take off her shoes. But then I just thought of this. I bet she took her shoes off in Travis' bedroom, or closet, before she started taking the photos. Then after she killed Travis and started the clean up, she put her shoes on after her feet were clean, then walked through the scene to the end of the hallway, to avoid getting blood on her clean feet, then took them off at the end of the hallway and walked through the bedroom, down the stairs in her clean bare feet. Again, no fog or PTSD to do this.

Jodi sat right there on the witness stand, under oath to tell the truth, the whole truth & nuttin' but the truth, and said that she returned it to the same store where she bought it on the same day she bought it. IMO, the prosecutor did what he had to do to catch her in another lie and to put one more item in the pile of premeditation. Period.

I had planned on having it on in the background while I work. I might have to turn it off though because both of them drive me bananas.

I do really want to hear what they have to say though because I like monitoring what the jury is hearing and whether they are given any information that might lead away from premeditation.

I'm glad it's Nurmi though because he is able to move things along and actually make decent arguments -- he has done this in some of the hearings, so I hope that is the approach he takes in the closing arguments.

Dan Freeman, the one who I personally do not like. The one who has been visiting Jodi for years. He he is on HLN telling his story all over again. Proclaiming he is a Very Dear Friend of Travis and didn't know that Jodi had really done it. You see he doesn't follow the news he doesn't have a TV.

he should have given TRAVIS the "benefit of the doubt" how is he supposed to be Travis' friend and so loyal to JA? First of all please understand I am not against any post I am just giving my opinion. Did anyone here see "Steel Magnolias"? I told my granddaughter someone responsible for part of that movie lost a child, brother, sister or beloved parent. When my son died I couldnt take the phrase "he's in a better place". I didnt want him in a better place then, I wanted him here beside me. It hurt. I will never say that again . The cemetery scenes could have been me. I know everyone who says that has love in their heart, trying to comfort a person but really it doesnt work. :seeya:

He texts (the guy on HLN, don't know his name), that Jodi is the #1 suspect.

Im thinking it was probably a nickname they had for Travis. T for Travis and "dog" in a good way. Some guys refer to other guys as like "Hey Dog" in a good way. I've heard it used before in a good way.

Not that I think the jury will need it, but wondered why JM didn't include a mention of TA threatening to expose JA for whatever she had done? A little extra dash of motive couldn't have hurt. Or was that not in evidence?

Well there is the text in which he gives her the ultimatum that she has until tomorrow to get him this person's information before he tells all those different people about all the crazy things she's done. Not sure why that text didn't figure more prominently in the trial.

What person's information? He tells her she was "caught". Caught at what?

He can only argue the evidence that was admitted during the trial from the witness stand.

Juan and the Judge will shut him down so fast if he tries to bring in another store location info.

JA was shaking her head at that point and Nurmi was scribbling away in his notepad after an over ruled objection of mischaracterising her testimony.

They are going to try and say it was another store imo.

EDTA: you know that little dog had to have been so distressed. Pets know. and I'm sure Travis either cried or screamed, or both , during that vicious attack.

I really do believe this. Travis and Naps looked like they had a very tight bond. Travis was everything to that little dog, and Travis obviously loved him deeply, too. No way did Naps just carry on like nothing happened. He aged tremendously in the intervening years.

I'll say it till I'm blue. If we think JA is scary, we don't know nuthin! I bet if we ever heard the real goings on with her, we'd be in a corner sucking our thumbs. In all honesty, my primary reason for wanting her convicted with the DP is for what she did to Travis. My secondary gain is to keep anyone from being her next victim. And if she ever walks this planet freely, there WILL be a next victim. I have a feeling she has her minions messing with people now. Dead serious. No personal contact or attacks but just messing with them.

true story. i actually remember the last time i cried. loooonnnggg time ago ( i'm a guy,
never cried much, really ), but today early they showed Hillary just start crying, i got a
big lump in my throat and started crying. i have watched this trial from the start, seen all
family crying, but boy that look on her face was so sad. i don't express myself well writing,
i know you people get me though. :blushing:
