I got up and cleaned for 15 minutes. I think that's plenty.

I have to start reading up on that case. Everyone is saying its the next "one" but I have no clue about it at all!

I tend to think that Ms. Alyce did more coaching and preparing Jodi for testifying than listening or trying to figure out the real truth. This opinion is based on the fact that she admitted to going back to see Jodi after her interview with JM in November. She was not hired to teach a defendent how to better lie and push the right buttons to demonstrate DV. I think she got caught doing just that, her "evaluation" was made before she ever met Ms. Arias in person IMO.

BBM: respectfully, raisin, I think she was hired to do precisely this!

Ill be watching KN's closing from home on HLN.... and you know what? I wouldn't even mind if they DIDN'T pause it and showed a crap ton of commercials every 10 seconds.

Plus it make her happy to see that Travis suffered - the pictures are proof that he suffered, that's why she gets such joy from them. Yesterday when Juan put up the picture of the gunshot in the forehead (I think it was that pic), she was kind of out of it and didn't realize to put her act on for a minute, and I SAW HER STARING DIRECTLY AT THE PICTURE ON THE MONITOR. Just staring at it with NO TEARS/RED NOSE.

I saw it too... I think she hates Travis.. I also think she blames him. Like JM said all day yesterday ... it's HIS fault she had to kill him.

WTF I just heard Daniel Freeman on Nancy Grace...he is soooo weird. WHY would he go visit Jodi in jail several times??? He said he didn't own a tv he didn't know everyhing and he couldn't believe she had done it. WTF DANIEL FREEMAN??? Obviously, he was obsessed with her, probably thought about her every night doing you know what. I'm sorry if that is crude but I just can't stand that guy I wish NG wouldn't have him on anymore!!!! WHAT KIND OF FRIEND IS HE????? If there was someone EVEN SUSPECTED of killing my friend, I would not then go and VISIT THE SUSPECT in jail SEVERAL TIMES. WTF man, that is so wrong.

Oh drat, I like HLN. And they really stepped up imo by showing all the closing argument without any commercials. Unbelievable. Plus I really, really like Vinnie, Ryan Smith, Joey Jackson, Nancy, and Beth, even Dr. Drew. But I don't like regular T.V. much at all, so that doesn't leave much else to watch.

No doubt the excessive number of commercials during HLN's trial coverage helped fill the revenue coffers so that they could air the closing arguments without interruption.

I have always thought that the magazine messages (witness tampering) was a very important thing. Then when the incompetent ALV testified that JA stopped "lying" after the supposed last story was told, I thought is was a bombshell bit of evidence. Because it absolutely contradicts DT experts contention that JA stopped lying. So, does anyone believe he will address JA's attempt at witness tampering (magazine message) in the final part of his closing?

You know I noticed all of he "no's" While Juan went thru the whole minute details of the murder scenario, she listened carefully, and there wasn't one single no.

There was one time where she shook her head up and down, agreeing with Juan. I can't remember when that was. But, several times she shook her head no, or she just chuckled to herself. Somebody said JW told her to "stop" at one time, but I didn't see that one.

Yesterday I didn't get to start watching until noon. I recorded it on my DVR and was prepared to have to FF over all the crap ... to my surprise HLN had NO interruptions! NONE!

Good morning, trial watchers. I have several things to do today and will be going out shortly. If court starts on time today, is it possible that the jury will get the case at the end of the day? Nurmi will surely drone on for at least 5 hours, and Juan will likely have some tidying up to do afterwards. Morning break, lunch recess, afternoon break. Could the jury get the case today, or will they have to wait until Monday to begin deliberations?

Either way the good news is that we will have a verdict by next week !!:scared::scared::rockon::rockon:

:seeya: Yes ... TY ! LOL ... I waited all these months to see Mr. Martinez's Closing Arguments and it would be on the day I had to study and take a final exam ... LOL !

What I have watched so far, Mr. Martinez did a FANTASTIC JOB :great:

Mr. Martinez did a great job of detailing HOW JA "staged the scene" and how JA "cleaned up" ...

One good point he made was that there was NO DNA from Jodi ON Travis because she WASHED AWAY the evidence -- I thought that was important to explain to the jury because juries "like" DNA -- that CSI effect ... and it's obvious because of that cup that was found in the shower.

Another one was how he explained how she had to clean up when she was up there -- and she was NOT in a "FOG" -- is because there was NO BLOOD found on the steps ... oh, and when she went to put the items and camera in the washing machine, there was NO BLOOD found on the Chlorox bottle !

Regarding those saying that Wilmott was "disgusted" with Jodi, was pulling away as she was listening to Juan's retelling of the story, etc.

Are you saying that she doesn't know this case - and what in fact happened - forwards and back like Juan does?

That is SCARY to me!!! I mean I know they have to do their job, but to disconnect from the facts seems wrong. If she was just remembering what in fact Jodi had done, while listening to it play out in "real time" from Juan, then that doesn't seem like the right way to defend someone! Do your job, but NEVER forget what they are there for!

After watching Juan yesterday with his closing argument.........I think he did an awesome job and I think the jury will come back with the right verdict. No doubt in my mind.

I LOVE how Juan suggested that Brewer was still infatuated with Jodi and thus basically what I got from that is he is MINIMIZING everything he knows about Jodi's involvement in all of this. I suspect this is b/c Juan knows Darryl got the DVD player from Jodi, and probably knows a lot more stuff.

That's always been my suspicion also which is why I don't have any sympathy for that man.

Start with Hemy Neuman--he's already been found guilty for killing Andrea's husband. Jury decided he was guilty, but mentally ill so he got life in prison with no parole. After that trial, they arrested Andrea for being in cahoots with Hemy. She, like Jodi, is bat-s*** crazy. She even got kicked out of the courtroom for good for hugging a witness when she got off the stand--during the hug she whispered threats!
