There are 4 Letecia Locklears shown on FB in that area of N.C.

There are 4 profiles for Letecia (with an e), and 3 of them are the same person. For the remaining profile (where Locklear is her married name), I'm thinking she could be the 1965 one in the court records I posted about earlier.

But absolutely it would've been good to see them slap the DP charges and make her plea down to life without parole in exchange for his little remains.

I believe they have to have found the body for death penalty to be an option. DP is highly unlikely in Colorado anyway. Sorry if this has already been addressed. Can’t keep up!!

Heh, that one was too good not to screenshot. Initially is was spelled “Innocents” both places. The Group name was fixed pretty quickly, the banner graphic a bit later.

My interpretation of her look as the judge mispronounced her name? Damn it, if I'm going to be famous, at least get my damn name right!

"The Stauch's"...she has the most awful grammar. I'd question the quality of my son's education if she wrote and spoke like TS, or "dr. Stauch" as she referred to herself.

Charging LS in such a way that the likely sentence is life in prison with no possibility of parole is a serious indication of what kind of information they must have here, given that it's the harshest realistic sentence.

Holding out hope that Gannon will be found.

She's definitely doing a mini duck face in some of her selfies (see attached for some examples). However, I do think part of it could be because her face already kinda looks that way and this way she hopes people will think she's making herself look like that on purpose vs. actually looking like that. I'm not saying this right but hopefully someone will get it

Well the crime happened prior to that.

The bill is for any crimes that are charged starting July 2020 and after. So it can happen. I doubt that prosecutors are going to risk a death penalty at this point going forward in charging any cases in that state between now and July ...it will be risky with a jury trial, especially when the jury knows the death penalty is repealed.

Looking at the pics, I wouldn't necessarily call it duck face. She's definitely puckering her lips though (like blowing a kiss), as if she thinks it makes her look better in pics (and maybe it does! ).

If I understand correctly, the charge is first degree bc he is under 12 years old. Doesn’t make it any better, but some are assuming that it was some premeditated deal as opposed to abuse & then neglect scenario. Just sayin.

Premeditated is anything that you had the opportunity to change your mind and did not. Taking him out shopping that day was her opportunity. IMO, if he wan't already injured, she was already planning
