I believe she always planned on going to graduation.....her email in Feb. wanted to know if her plans would exclude her being on the jury....don't know what's up with her claiming she sent numerous emails, though.

I agree. I give her the benefit of the doubt that emails were sent and not delivered. Over the past 2 years I have had this happen to me many time. I have found the email were sent to my archive account, lost in cyber space....and I also have received emails that were 6-12 months old! No idea why. It just happens.

The fact that the Juror said she felt the need to be at the trial was important, saids a lot, no matter what happened to those emails.

Then her voice changed..I found out he was MURDERED >her tone dripping with hatred!!!
