in looking at another of the videos posted by AW at this website I noticed a disconcerting, but most likely unrelated, comment. The guy called 'Ginger' said that he had latex gloves, a tarp, rope and baby wipes in the trunk, along with an extension cord. And, some condoms in the center console. Go to 1:18 on the following video.

Yeah. That was called in to LE early on. It was a very disturbing comment IMO!

....boy would I have loved to have been a fly on that wall during the inital arrest and questioning.... Just think, news of "a body" being found broke in the morning of the 19th, then Robert was arrested later that evening. If he had anything to do with Kayleah's death~ you know he was sweating something fierce when the cops came a knocking....

Praying LE is on to something here!!! JUSTICE will prevail Kayleah!!!

They haul them in on any charge they can to keep them in jail and keep them from running and keep them from hurting anybody else.

Interesting that the dates of sexual abuse stop at March 28th, the day Kayleah disappeared. IMO They must have evidence that the "relationship" (makes me gag to even write that) between Kayleah and Robert continued after mom said she found out about it and stopped it.

Please tell me the Mom didn't approve of this relationship, please...if this kid is involved, I know there's no way she could know, but good things can't happen if your 12-year old is hanging around with an 18-year old boy. I know I sound old-school, but Kayleah was still a girl, maybe a "tween"...

IIRC the Mom has said she didn't approve and put a stop to it when she found out.

Oh God, that made me ill. April posted that video-ugh. I remember parents like that from high school,the ones who let their kids have parties so they would be cool too. It looked so inappropriate-the boys with their shirts off, the mom egging them on.

Was that Kayleah in the background? With the dark hair and black shirt?

I may be changing my opinion of the family after seeing that.

Since the dates mentioned coincide with the date Kayleah disappeared I am sure it relates to Kayleah.

Well I guess that pretty much answers my question about whether it was Kayleah or another child. It would be highly coincidental if it was another child.

People took that and used it to skewer her alive. They twisted it around and made it sound as if Kayleah was dating him at the time of her abduction, when this had happened IIRC months before. Mom did not approve, but considering how people treated her, I don't blame her for not putting herself out there for the press. I felt really bad for her.
I hope that they keep this creep off the streets for a long time. He is a predator. I'm hopeful justice will be swift.

From the police report it sounds like it did continue up until she disappeared. I am wondering if she told her mother about the party but was really planning on meeting him? If her mother didn't know she was still seeing him she must have snuck around a lot.

Thanks RubyRed...I know kids can be very adept at "sneaky" when they want to. And unfortunately, when Mom or Dad tell you "you are to never see that boy again", sometimes it just makes them go after it even more.

No disrespect to Kayleah's Mom; I can't imagine the depth of her grief at this time.
