Highlights:
It was Berreth however who had been hesitant to move in with her fiance because he still lived with his mother.

She instead decided to get her own home after moving to Colorado from Washington to be with Frazee.

In May, Berreth paid $184,900 for a two-bedroom home in Woodland Hills, where she lived with her daughter.

Sadly, I think had she obliged, the outcome would be the same. Perhaps down the road, not necessarily Thanksgiving. If he loved either, he would not have killed the mother of his baby. The plan for K moving in was probably for his financial interest. He did nothing but orphan his own child. If, he’s guilty.

Wasn't it in one of the "moore's" cases that there was texting but dead air during the "kidnapping" of HE that sealed it for a guilty verdict?

Perhaps he did it over the internet? Visited shady sites or asked "how to find an assassin"? Some people seem to believe that they can hide their actions on a computer.

Maybe craigslist. It worked for Natalie Bollinger in Colorado...

Yep. No chance he had enough money to pay for a private criminal defense of these charges. Not surprising. As we saw in the Watts case, the PD's office appears to be very competent.
