We know she had a different aviation job before the current one, but no dates that I recall. We've also heard about a coffeehouse job, which might have been her first job in CO, or some have speculated she did that temporarily during the time she was too pregnant to continue the flying job.

I believe a family member described her moving to be with him, with him helping her move, and jobs coming after she was here.

I can't find links now so this is all IIRC and MOO

BBM

His family or her family? If it was her "dream job", I'm guessing that this was a dream before she met and got pregnant with the online 30 year old guy who lives with mom.

Thank you! 14 months. Should be walking, talking, climbing, toilet training, eating and drinking independently, and socializing with other same age children.
Some only children who lived in remote locations, have grown up without socializing with other children until they went to school and have grown up fine.

Do we know when she moved? We know when the baby was born.
Her uncle said she moved to be with him and got her job later. We also heard she had worked at a coffee shop at first, if I am not mistaken. And that she was pregnant at that time. Recall reading that...anyone else?

She moved there because of him, took a job in a coffee shop, got pregnant, had the baby, bought a house, and then got her dream job?

I'm trying to figure out the order of events to better understand which rabbit holes should be explored and avoided.

Moved her? Where does that come from? She moved closer to him when she was pregnant. She bought a home and got a job in the area. She did that, not him.

Impregnated her? I'm sorry, that's as sad as the 1950s where women were blamed for getting themselves pregnant. Pregnancy is a tango for two. Neither party did something to the other. They got pregnant. She took action to build a life together.
Well there's a little chink in the armor...we haven't speculated about someone messing with BC yet...I could see her being responsible about it and he messed with it, or said he had a vasectomy, or ... hm. Totally unfounded either way and 100% speculation prolly not allowed, but haven't seen anyone say that yet MOO

She came to get the crime out more into the public eye, and had no idea this was more than a place for flyers. She may have also been asked by family or LE to leave this place alone....MOO

My guess is that as soon as there is an arrest, the prosecutor is involved. The prosecutor will caution everyone who has something to say to not discuss what they know with anyone in order to preserve and not taint the evidence. I agree that the initial contact was to get the word out and it worked. Now, it's probably more important for everyone connected with the murder to remain silent in order to protect the integrity of the investigation.

Yes...that seems to be correct, according to article I just linked. Apparently she rented one of the condos before she bought the she was living in when murdered. Unknown as to when she got the job at the airline. Jmo

They have no coverage and so you would not be able to hide. It is just a bump out of the road where you can pull off and take pics or let other drivers pass kind of like a little baby shoulder but not very long. The main road to Cripple Creek is Hwy 67 which breaks off Hwy 24 and heads south around Divide which is roughly half way between Woodland Park and Florissant. And that road, Hwy 67, has a fair amount of traffic due to the casinos in Cripple Creek. Buses are on that road at all hours. But there are a ton of little rarely used roads all around the area, many of them dirt, that only locals would know of and they have the deep ravines as well. Maybe if the weather is nice after the first of the year I will take my drones up there and get pics and videos to post. But a lot of places, just off the side of the road can be straight down a thousand feet or more. This is why many people actually get sick when they first go up those roads as some of these places when they look over their shoulder it is straight down.
Drones would be so amazing. Clothing, or parts of it, could be what would most likely be spotted. I have learned so much for your posts. This does sound like a perfect area for him to get rid of her body. Did you see the picture of Kelsey with the donkey that might have been from Cripple Creek?

This is how I have understood the story to be...Is it on that timeline? Let me look. (I think she only had the barista job for a few months. KB was a hard worker sounds like!)

Thanks @Gardener1850 for this

Relationship info reported by others:
KB and PF met online according to her cousin
PF helped KB move from WA to CO only months after they met
KB told her cousin she was happy when she moved to be near PF
KB often talked about her boyfriend (PF) at her aviation job in 2016
Baby K was born Oct 2017
They were engaged but did not have a wedding date set
They have never lived together -- KB's mom

Not really. Average age for being potty trained is 3 years old for girls. She also wouldn’t be talking much at 14 months other than some words, but definitely not in conversation. My daughter walked at 14 months, but I didn’t walk until 18 months, so who knows if she is walking or not. She also may be a really shy child-mine is-so she may not do well in daycare settings. 14 months is still really a baby

Missing - Our - Kelsey Berreth

Can anyone identify the location?
In the comments on that page, someone did say Cripple Creek. Don't know if they were correct, but I went to Cripple Creek Museum's Facebook page where the donkeys are cared for, and found a picture of the Museum taken from a distance, and there is a mountain behind it.
Cripple Creek District Museum - Colorado

Looks like it might be Cripple Creek from that old photo.

Her family. Uncle maybe? Has his family even said anything publicly? Not that I know of.

I think you're stuck on the phrase 'dream job' as suggesting she moved here for it. But she's not in her first CO job anymore so that doesn't fit. Did someone quote her as calling her job a dream job? I think some poster here said it as a way to indicate that she had a stable and presumably desirable job, but I don't know that KB ever called it that herself As far as we know she moved to be with him after meeting him online. Jobs came after moving. Homeowner came much later. We don't know if she got pregnant before or after she moved. MOO

Family: Kelsey Berreth moved to Colorado to be closer to Frazee

She moved in 2016. So she would not have been pregnant at the time.

Thank you!

She met him online, she moved closer to him, she applied for and accepted a job in the area, she got pregnant, she bought a home.

Why didn't he move in with her? Where did she live before she bought her own place in May 2018?

"Kelsey Berreth’s decision to move to Colorado in 2016 was motivated by love, according to a family member.

Ed Stanfill, Berreth’s uncle ... she wanted to get closer to then-boyfriend Patrick Frazee. After she moved, Stanfill said she accepted a job at Doss Aviation.
...

chose to live in Woodland Park to be closer to Frazee. She did not live with Frazee ... because the now-fiancé also lives with his mother.
...

Berreth, who had attended flight school and worked as an instructor in Washington, got to know Frazee some time before moving to Colorado in 2016."

I still am mulling the solicitation charge. Why in the heck he would want someone to kill KB is beyond me but since he was charged with it I'm going on the thought it involved child custody and he didn't want to dirty his hands.
But I honestly think that while at the condo, opportunity presented itself, he went into a rage and killed her himself. And because LE was all over the condo the night before the arrest, I think they were acting on the info that they were getting from the person he solicited.
Blood spatter is a funny thing. No matter how much you try to clean it, people forget that it travels. The loft seems like the place that would have provided the most "bang for your buck" on spatter evidence. There is no WAY he was in there painting and dry walling. The ladder LE had was because there were unnoticed spatter perhaps on the ceiling. The loft edge might have contained matter.
As for dumping her body, I think he had KB in the truck and since he had the baby as well, perhaps he met with his solicited person and had that person do the body dump?
This is the only scenario that makes any sense to me at this stage of the game and with so little info.
Moo IMHO

Yep She got pregnant in January of 2017, so she was there a few months at least before getting pregnant.

I like this theory, and find it entirely plausible.

I've been thinking about this being one or the other, premeditated vs crime of passion. I ruled out crime of passion because of the obvious premeditation element, but that might very well be flawed thinking.

This could still be an opportunistic crime, regardless of his prior actions.
