That woman knew her son suddenly turned up with the grandchild for several days with the odd story that KB abandoned the child to visit relatives or whatever. And there's her son burning something that smells like meat, on a bonfire?

Isn’t it interesting that she hosted the very brief T-Day dinner with the one son who is in Law Enforcement on the same day the other son commits a premeditiated, brutal rage-filled murder and abducts the child?

And I contend SHE KNEW where PF went that day and why.

She’s known all along. She’s the instigator, needling PF, IMHO, MOO, MOO, MOO

She's a known liar. Which is huge problem for this case.

I think the affidavit does a good job of backing up her story - IMO. The cell phone data in particular. It seems they have solid evidence that she was alive on 11/22 (video) and then she was not. and KK has an alibi so PF has to be the one to murder her. What I find appalling is the detail with which he told her of murdering KB and her recollection of those details (blood on oven mitts, bible, tinfoil covering rolls, baby toys, pillows curtains - and a tooth with a root - did she take pictures I wonder?). Almost like they enjoyed it? I just can't imagine the conversation they had while watching the burning. JMO

Yeah. I mean I just reviewed the law from a CO lawyer blog on accesssory after the fact and it seems the possible sentence is also pretty light? Maybe 2-6 years? As a class 4 felony. Colorado law on "accessory to crime "| 18-8-105 C.R.S.

But it seems she actually conspired with him which by my calculations would make her eligible for 8-24 years.

I believe he was asked to be added to the witness list but not clear if it was for a preliminary hearing witness or trial witness. They were also sequestering the witnesses (or SF at least) today, and maybe "underground" guy would not be allowed inside the courtroom today.

Not sure what really happened with him today!!

If he was was added to the witness list, would that keep him from videotaping?

Thank God he did not get custody of that innocent child who was there when he did this horrendous crime to her mother.
I just don't understand how someone can do such awful things like this to another human being. Bash her head, throw her body in a barn while eating Thanksgiving meal and then burning her body !!!

She told her friend Megan to help her lie to her exhusband, and sent her a fake text saying she had too much to drink and wanted to stay at her house on the night of the 24th. Pffft. I did a search through a nursing verification website Nursys® that included maiden/ other names within the search and this came up:

As of 2/20/2019 KRYSTAL JEAN LEE RN IDAHO License #38357 is listed as UNENCUMBERED. Her RN license expires 08/31/2019

*UNENCUMBERED means that the nurse has a full and unrestricted license to practice by the state board of nursing.

RNs must notify the State Board of Nursing of any criminal charges, convictions, and or disciplinary actions in other states within 30 days of the action. Usually the attorney will do this for you if you are involved in any legal issues.

Something interesting noted in regards to her RN license is her Compact status is listed as multistate.

The Nurse Licensure Compact, adopted in Idaho on July 1, 2001, allows nurses who reside in and hold a multi-state license in one Compact state the privilege of practicing nursing in other Compact states without actually holding additional licenses in those states. Currently, 31 states participate in NLC.

Thinking about Kelsey's family and am sure baby K is bringing them some comfort.
Wish the monster would take a plea deal and spare the family a trial -- but why would he ?
It's all about him -- he was raised to be a narcissistic , spoiled brat.
I hate to think how he and his co-conspirator will bash Kelsey during the trial --PF's already tried to paint her as a bad mother to her daughter.
