If this holds true here, the spiked coffee was her idea, the two beating plots we’re his, and the scented candle beating, would be a mix of both.

I do think it’s plausible that she came up with this method, and he was able to order her to come and clean the crime scene, as she was involved in the planning and had a level of complicity.

This may or may not end up being the same Nash ranch as was referred to in the hearing yesterday, but it could be because this one is only a 30 mile drive to Woodland Park and it sounds like it is just slightly north of Fremont county.

I also recall a couple of tweets from yesterday's hearing that KK told investigators that she saw PF "scooping" up the burnt tote/remnants and that he said he would dispose of the ash/debris at the dump, or in the river. Also, I believe there was a "trough" involved in this burning, and it may be one of the items investigators are searching for in the landfill. MOO

Agree, but........if it weren't for the cell phones, no one would have connected her to this murder. It wasn't until after Patrick was arrested and Krystal's photo was splashed all over the TV and internet, that this video was given to LE. Otherwise, they just may have gotten away with it. Or at least KK. If they had had an old fashioned land line and pay phones like we did back in the day, for communicating, she wouldn't have been caught.

While all of the gory details provided by KK were riveting yesterday, much of it seems to be embellished by her for shock value and that's why the DA wanted the public to hear it. They want PF to plea. PF has to be seething from all of KK's incredible bs.

KB was tiny and one whack to the head with a wooden bat by a guy as large as PF would have knocked her to the floor. There was no chasing her all over the house going whack, whack getting blood everywhere from the back bedroom to the Bible, to the kitchen. Just because KK said there was blood on oven mitts, tin foil, baby toys, and she found a full tooth, doesn't mean any of it is true. It can't be proved because she threw it all away.

KK's story about the Starbucks makes absolutely no sense and sounds more like behavior of a stalker obsessed with KB. She knocks on KB's door and starts babbling about lost dogs and play dates and wants us to believe KB actually accepted the coffee. It isn't remotely believable. Not for a minute do I believe PF came up with an idea of a blindfold "game" with scented candles. That sounds like something from a soap opera script.

KK only admitted to being at the crime scene because she knew they might find her DNA there. But I think she totally fabricated the reason she was there.

And who is the male the DNA belongs to? Not PF. And where is the 8th bullet from Megan's gun?

Well, I think many will now surmise what they are looking for in the landfill. They are looking for those seven or eight bags, those black bags that she filled and took and put in the dumpster.

About mama pleading the fifth, IMO she is certainly refusing to incriminate herself but it's also an excuse for her to not testify against her boy.

Why are so many people in here blaming the cops for KKL getting a plea deal? Do cops in Colorado have that authority? IMO the prosecuting attorney is the only one who has authority to offer deals.

I think you are on to something, and KK’s ex in the affidavit states “CK did not want any details of the affair”.

So PF and KK had “relations” in college and again in 2016. That we know of. Not sure of the ages of KK’s kiddos but it’s possible one of them is not CK’s. As bad as that would be for KK’s kiddo...I’ve wondered if that is something PF had on KK....

What I do not understand....PF gets bullet proof vest.....what not KK when she is in town, testifying etc. I think people would hate her just as much. So why vest for PF not KK unless there are other reasons not related to,the case? Just thinking out loud.

With that, the fact KK is “free”, she could run, dose she have an ankle monitor, is she under protection, in hiding, guarded 24 hours? What gives with this one? KK just disappears from court and poof she is gone...no one reports seeing her about her town. One would think some media would be hanging out for that one picture.

Something seems off to me.

If KK didn't need a bullet proof vest before the release of this information, she damn well better show up wearing one now. I think she's hated as much as PF and that's saying a lot.

Patrick Frazee tied a sweater around Kelsey Berreth’s face and beat her to death with a bat

Kenney informed investigators that Frazee told her that while he beat Berreth to death, their daughter was in the room in a walker, Slater testified.

Exhausted, Kenney wanted to return home to Idaho, Slater said, but Frazee allegedly told her that she was in it now and had to follow through to the end.

They went to a barn where Frazee had hidden Berreth’s body in a large tote bag on top of a haystack. They took Berreth’s remains to Frazee’s ranch, Slater testified. Frazee put Berreth’s body on a metal trough, filled it with wood, doused it with gas and oil, and lit it on fire, he said.

Kenney told investigators that Frazee said he’d scooped Berreth’s remains from the fire after it went out, and either left them in a dump or threw them in a river.

Reading all of that just made my stomach turn, that jerk, the baby was in her walker and he killed her mother in front of her. Sick evil pig.

And his disgusting sidekick rodeo varmint knew of this, and went to Kelsey's condo and cleaned it up. I have no kind words for these two, none.

Absolutely if SF was near the burning then surely she would want to know what was burning. Especially with the cardinal rule in rural places that you dont burn plastics because they give off a horrendous smell and horrendous black poisonous smoke.

Most people that burn debri in rural places will be sure to remove all plastics and anything that will give off a really foul odor or really black smoldering smoke like plastics or rubber.

Makes sense. I wondered about the basically "Get down here. You have a mess to clean up" comment. Really? He destroys KB all over her condo and then tells KK SHE has a mess to clean up? Definitely some control over her somehow, somewhere. I'd be thinking...ah - not MY mess. IMO

Sorry to jump in feet and head first like I always do but according to yesterday’s information KLK or KKL (I’m so tempted to do naughty stuff with her and PF’s initials) she claims to have gone to KB’s house posing as a neighbor with coffee (that wasn’t laced with anything) and I know we don’t know all her parents know or have told the CBI/LE but it seems to me that a new “neighbor” that’s comes over with coffee would be something you’d mention to your parents. I’m not saying it’s not impossible, it just when I moved recently with my husband my next door neighbor came over with homemade pastries and I mentioned it to my mom in our next phone call. Sorry I’m caught up to speed on most of the actual facts (wouldn’t want to waste the time of the awesome work you’ve all done) just wondered if that could be corroborated? Also, I have no dog in this hunt other than to see justice for KB her baby and family I just have questions that may not even be covered at trial or at the very least right now. Do any of y’all live around there? It’s pretty country from what I’ve been told.

When we heard about her posing as a neighbor oh, and bringing her the coffee, my mind of course went back to the cinnamon rolls!

Correct, the deal was the DA’s and the DA’s alone.

I think people are blaming the cops for not spotting the blood at the crime scene, a lot sooner.

Personally, I’m troubled by it, but I can see how it happened.

They had no reason to believe that foul play had been committed, not at the time.
