Thinking about this Tweet. I wonder if this is in regard to PF’s purchase history? Perhaps be bought...I dunno...candles?

Judge says there was an agreed upon return date this morning for Frazee’s Walgreens account. Looking around, it appears no one is here from Walgreens to provide that. Judge says he wouldn’t accept emails with that information.

Sam Kraemer on Twitter
I know many doubted that story, but for me it somehow rang true. Why? because it was such a cowardly thing to do, to blind fold poor Kelsey and "play a game." But that's PF, a monster of a coward that solicits a woman to do his killing and when that doesn't work summons her to clean his mess.

I'm betting he bought candles at Walgreens.

Judge says Berreth described Frazee to Hill utilizing genitalia. He says it’s crude, but he doesn’t find it self-serving or fictitious. Judge will allow that statement. @KOAA #KelseyBerreth #PatrickFrazee

JUDGE ALLOWING THAT PF IS A D***K!!

Respecfully Snipped, Bolded, Enlarged, and Colorized By Me For Emphasis:

Hoo-Boy.

This post never gets old.

Reading it again for the 100th time, this part in red absolutely leapt off the page.
I mean, even before I bolded, enlarged and highlighted it in red ink, it leapt.

Not only did the judge say he'd allow the statement that PF is a D***k into the courtroom:

The JUDGE SAID IT'S TRUE.

"......doesn't find it fictitious."
Translation: Them's just the facts. PF is a D**k.
At least, that's my read on what he said here.

Judge Sells, hat's off.
I salute you, Sir.
Your dumb tent and ridiculous bans, notwithstanding.

Big Impacts For The Teller Sheriff’s Department

According to the sheriff’s commander, the murder trial will impact the sheriff’s office along with potentially slowing down court proceedings.

“We are going to have to place extra deputies at the court house for security for the murder trial that the DA’s office said is expected to last a month,” Couch said. “So that’s four weeks that we have to have extra people at the court house to cover that. These people are already working so that’s going to be overtime shifts for many people.”

Couch also said that he was not sure who would be paying for the costs of extra security and that the county might get assistance from the state court system.
However, the murder trial is still expected to impact public services including the district court system and local law enforcement agencies.

If I was a taxpaying resident of Teller County Colorado, I'd be good and honked about all these extra security expenses surrounding PF's trial.

RE: Who's going to be flipping the bill for all the costs, here's a suggestion:

They need to go ahead and send all the overtime invoices to the franch.

Along with a notice to remit payment within 30 days, or face foreclosure on the property.

OMG, I SOOOO love this GK, in addition to your last several posts! Hilarious!

I don’t understand the reasoning behind this possible banning of tweets. How can the courts justify doing that for certain cases, but not all? I know this is gonna sound awfully naive of me, but isn’t justice supposed to be fair? Or at least blind? I know I know, stupid of me to think that!

I was a juror in my county a couple of years ago - there were metal detectors and several guards at the courthouse doors - what more do you need? The prisoner is in a bullet-proof vest. This is over the top. IMHO.

Would this have anything to do with stomach meds KB picked up AND delivered to him?

The Court previously approved video appearance for KK status hearing (and I think there have only been 2 if I recall correctly).

But for the trial -- @GordianKnot is right that this isn't even a JMO that KK will be present in person.

The Sixth Amendment to the U.S. Constitution says that "in all criminal prosecutions, the accused shall enjoy the right…to be confronted with the witnesses against him." ... The right only applies to criminal prosecutions, not civil cases or other proceedings.

The 6th Amendment's Confrontation Clause - FindLaw
Thank you.

Too bad we won't get to see how much the accused will enjoy facing the witness.

RSABBM:

In my own mind, I was almost certain that KB was at that point where she was more than ready to ditch PF.

Now I AM certain: This cinches it.

She would have left that relationship, had he not killed her first.

JMO.
Granted I haven't read all the posts yet...
However, I believe you are right.
PF wanted that child. He wasn't going to allow KB to take that child away or even split up custody...

Well PF isn’t your average, everyday idiot. I really hope we have a discovery dump at the end of this, because I think we’ll all laugh and laugh.

The case against him looked very strong at the preliminary hearing, but we ain’t seen nothing yet.
Looking fw to a document and or discovery dump!
As for tweeting and media....it is surprising how much info is given to us.
I'm thinking whether it is a LEO on the stand telling us what KK said or if it is CB's civil suit. Somehow justice is served and the information gets out.

Here's what I think:

PF regarded Baby K as his property.
Like his dogs. Or his truck. Or any of his other physical possessions.

Even if he didn't want her (and I personally don't think he did), nobody else could have her.

Rule #1 with PF:
"What's mine is mine, and mine alone."

HIS kid.
HIS money.

He is completely rigid and inflexible in his thinking.
When someone thwarts his wishes, he erupts.
That is what the doctors and nurses witnessed in that delivery room.
That is what PF looks like when he doesn't get his way.
He's explosive.

This will go all the way back to his childhood.
PF was the little monster who threw tantrums until his parents caved and gave him what he wanted/demanded.

Some monsters are born.
Some monsters are made.
I'm convinced that PF was both.

There's something really, really wrong with this creeper's head.
And I don't mean that he's mentally ill.

He's a freak.

This is always, always, always, what I have firmly believed:

A huge part of PF's motive was a financial one.

There is no way he was ever going to pay KB full child support for Baby K.

PF considers what's his is his, and he not only regarded Baby K. as his sole property,
he also viewed his money as his sole property.

In PF's mind, there was no way KB ever getting both his money and custody of his kid.

Never, ever, ever.

He made sure she would not.

Never, ever, ever.

JMO.
Yes! Bam! It is my own opinion, but, I do believe there is a high dominant and or narcissistic personality in PF and MaF.
I also feel there was a terrible amour of gaslighting going on.
I'm not name calling.
Definition of Narcissist:
  • Sense of entitlement. ...
  • Exploits others without guilt or shame. ...
  • Frequently demeans, intimidates, bullies, or belittles others.

I'm not sure. IIRC, KB went late at night to WalMart to buy stomach meds for PF after they were both out late at night at a remote location doing something with some of PF's cattle. She left that location, drove to WalMart, then drove out to the Franch and delivered the meds before driving back to her townhome.

A receipt from WalMart was found in her truck showing the purchase of the stomach med, according to one of the search warrants released and linked previously in another thread. IMO.

I thought the Walgreens clerk was going to testify about pictures. ?

Been thinking about PF talking to that hitman in Breckinridge. Has anyone considered it was going to be a hit on KK once she was back home and the dust had settled?

I’m going back to the tweet about Walgreens.

ETA: in Tippys timeline it says KK destroyed the first burner phone in Breckinridge. Who was the hitman there and did KK know him or set him up with PF? If so, why oh why did she get such a sweet deal?

Maybe I'm wrong, but, I think that was Walmart.
I just want to add I have always wondered about that Tums run.

I have stomach issues Tums mean nothing. I'm better off gulping down baking soda and water. When she ran to get him meds, I was thinking he had nausea, vomitting, spastic colon, or even stool blockage (needing magnesium sulfate, doing so instantly).
But running to get tums is silly. Tums is candy.

I have never been ok with PF and KB taking the baby on a late late night "cattle check." His mother was right there. I have always wondered if that was planned. KB running to Wal-Mart for meds is the only time I can see where she was alone. She left the baby with him. I have always wondered if that was planned. And as soon as she left he was to follow, ambush her and by whatever means " make it look like she shot herself with her own gun."

I wondered if he backed out at the last minute....
