PF perhaps thought that WP were inept, and he could get away with his deed due to lack of resources and being in the small town boonies. Who would have thought that the CBI etc. did a full on with this case, to the nth degree.

*applause* that they did up front, and continued and continued with the case.

He had to have known CBI and the FBI would have been involved. This was during the same time Chris Watts was being grilled by investigators. You'd think he would have reconsidered his decision to make KB disappear, especially if he wanted to stay out of the news. He seems to be lacking a couple of bolts or has a few screws loose.

I would be interested to know about this conversation with a Doss employee that PF supposedly told that Kelsey was getting up to go to work every day but not really going! I think PF is full of it.

Donahue testified Tuesday that Frazee told her Berreth’s employer had called him and said their daughter’s health insurance was going to expire at the end of January because Berreth hadn’t maintained it, and that he told her employer that Berreth was getting up for work every day but evidently not going. She said he also told her Berreth went to rehab.

He's a pathological liar.

My gosh, I am so far behind and trying to catch up.

So do you think that PF never noticed the camera at the neighbor's house until Slagle brought it up to PF when they were doing the alibi run? That's my guess...

The state published surveillance video that they said showed Slagle at Berreth’s home picking up the package and leaving. He said he noticed the surveillance camera when he got out of his truck but had also seen it on previous visits to her townhome. He noted that it’s fairly obvious.

He said he didn’t know if Frazee had ever noticed the camera before.

I still have mixed feelings about sf1:
I'm swinging around with my opinion of her.
I originally thought she was a victim, then... a participant. Now I'm rethinking things again.
MAYBE:
•She's known all along that pf was many bricks short of a full load and, therefore, provided him with a place to stay. And, of course, that helped her to have someone help with the property. (It can take a court order to get him off the property in some states, anyways, and trying to kick off an adult son can put you in danger as well).
•And maybe she didn't approve of his long line of ladies coming to her house. Now that's where she seriously went wrong. She misjudged the ladies when it was actually her son who was the player.
•It's often hard to know where his evil attitude came from. It could be genetics, how he was raised, a combination, or just plain Evil and his harboring selfish, evil thoughts.
•As soon as he was an adult and bigger than her, she might have lost control of him. And once children grow up, they don't always follow in their parents footsteps. The parent can talk til they're blue in the face to no avail.
•Whatever happened, though, HE is responsible. No one else. No one forced him to be Evil. The buck stops with him.
•So in a bit of repetition, she could have seriously been in dangerous herself. He's that dangerous.
So I'm going to give her some slack til I hear more. Staying tuned for more.

"He had to have known CBI and the FBI would have been involved. "
Remember when he told JM if I knew it was going to blow up like this I would have never..."
I really don't think he thought VBI and FBI would get involved. He just thought "people go missing all the time what's the big deal"? Ugh!

Speaking of KK being afraid/fearful of PF. I still don't think so. I think she and PF thought they would get by with what they had done. IMO the first fear she had was when LE and the FBI began contacting her. JMO

One thing that continues to baffle me about any murderers. The fact that even if they are not caught at first that they are willing to always worry and look over their shoulder for the rest of their entire lives that someday there may be a knock on their door from LE.

It takes a special kind of twisted person that is willing to live with themselves and always wonder if the next day may be the day they are caught.

I guess that is the thing with these disturbed fools. They either dont think that far ahead or they just dont care and are able to live with themselves with that over their head.

AND until we have the DOSS employer on the stand testifying, I will chalk it up the another PF lie.
So that makes Cobra moot. MOO

Just another example of PF taking another opportunity to disparage KB to anybody that would listen.

PF couldn't make his child support payments-- no way would he come up with medical insurance premiums!

And Cobra is also moot since Baby K would be covered under the State's Medicaid program for children pursuant to AHCA.

MOO

What's more, companies don't limit employees' health care enrollment to the year's end. It's probably medicare the poster is thinking of, and that wouldn't even be for the initial enrollment. We're supposed to believe that an employee hired in January in the typical American company has to wait until the following October or November to enroll in health care benefits?
Well, you’re talking about a new employee hire, which is different from an existing employee who already has insurance.

For existing employees, companies DO have a once-a-year enrollment period in which the employee is able to make changes to what he or she did the year before. Other than this once a year enrollment period, an existing employee can make changes only in the event of a qualifying life event. For example, Jane Smith has a baby in March. She is eligible to add that baby to insurance at that time even though it isn’t open enrollment. Then in June her divorce is finalized and she is able to drop her ex-husband from insurance.

My interpretation of the benefits discussion (tell me if I'm wrong!) was that it was in the vein of in order to be eligible for benefits, Kelsey has to work X number of hours and because she hasn't accrued enough hours, it puts Baby K's healthcare in jeopardy, she is eligible for coverage via COBRA, how would you like to proceed? If he thought insurance was expensive when KB was working COBRA would have increased the cost exponentially.

ETA: Thank you @scdiv, simultaneous post
And a side note....what was that bs he was telling Doss about her getting up and leaving for work in the am but apparently not actually going there and by the way she was in rehab once? What?
I never said that cobra would be or would not be available. I'm pointing out that it never came up in this case in reported conversations, and that there is no requirement in any business I've ever heard of to require a single woman to list the father or sperm donor of her baby.

I'm just referring to the post I answered, which states certain things as facts, which are not facts.

Join me for coverage of Day 8 of testimony at the #PatrickFrazee trial, where prosecutors are ahead of schedule, moving quickly through witnesses. Again waiting for test results on tooth found at his ranch. Was it #KelseyBerreth’s?Yesterday: https://gazette.com/news/patrick-frazee-trial-testimony-reveals-damning-statements-by-krystal-lee/article_2afdcdd0-056b-11ea-978b-bb51ad5100f3.html … @csgazette

Obviously KK is the main person here but look at the others. Mr. Moore for example. PF had talked smack for months, brought KBs name into it and he still didn't calwelll LE. Him hearing PF yelling and swearing at KB, IMO a real man and a real friend would sat him down and had a coming to Jesus meeting about how to treat a woman.

Mr. Slagle going on an alibi drive. Who does that? He should have been calling the cops too. Since PF couldn't keep his mouth shut I'm sure he knew quite a bit before it actually happened. I have absolutely no respect for these people.
Hearing these men's stories brings me full circle around to what is it about PF that draws people in? After hearing about yesterday's testimonies he's smooth with the ladies but why the 'father figures'? I don't get it. MOO

ETA...So if KK wasn't in the picture, which one of these guys would have 'had a mess to clean up'?
Well there's the truck,RS, The jail phone call ,then the call to PF's lawyer before LEO JM. I'm sure CC could be added to the list. PF Blabbed to everyone, and he's one of PF's biggest defenders. He's one of them, sweet Kelsey I believe was an outsider to them, a "Hooker", 'High Falutin pilot'. I think with the men it boils down to misogyny.

Thank you scdiv, but aIm still missing the part on texting on the 23rd telling a woman that after the morning of the 24th things were going to be better.

At least I think I read that....

@MassGuy do you know what I'm talking about because I swore I made a comment about that fitting in the timeline.

PF said these things to Greasby:

Lance Benzel‏ @lancebenzel
Greasby received no response from from text wishing him happy Thanksgiving on holiday. Next day, #PatrickFrazee, who previously complained about “life” getting in his way, told her, “Life is about to slow down.” #KelseyBerreth @csgazette

“Get through tomorrow morning and I’ll be OK,” #PatrickFrazee added in his reply. #KelseyBerreth @csgazette

I agree. Your last paragraph says it all. They really think they'll get by and they don't have normal guilt feelings for their horrible deed. I think they feel justified in their minds, that it needed to be done.

Frazee trial: Arson analyst, Frazee friend testify

The state then called Savannah Greasby to the stand, for whom Frazee had been shoeing horses for about nine years, she said. She said she and Frazee mostly talked intermittently, mostly about the horses, but that he asked her to dinner around October 2018, which she said she could not make. But the court was shown a text message thread between the two from Nov. 21 through Dec. 4, which was admitted as evidence.

The messages showed Frazee texted her just after midnight on Nov. 21, that they talked about Kaylee and a mess she had made and that he texted her about getting there when he gets done, though Daugherty said she was not sure what he was referring to and told him to go to bed. They told each other happy Thanksgiving in messages the next day.

The messages showed she texted Frazee “hey” at 10:44 a.m. on Nov. 23 and that he didn’t respond until 2:33 p.m., also saying “hey.” The messages showed she asked him how his day went, to which he responded that it was long but life was about to slow down. They talked about meeting up, the messages showed, but did not do so.

On Nov. 26, she reached out saying she was thinking about him, and on Nov. 28, after more messages about him apparently not taking her money for shoeing her horses, he told her not to take a sassy tone with him and that he was the all-inclusive passage. Later that day, they both talked about being stubborn and Frazee said Greasby had met her match, according to the messages.

The two exchanged more text messages on Dec. 1, and she texted him on Dec. 3, but he did not respond, the messages showed. On Dec. 4, the messages showed, Frazee apologized saying life had taken some awkward turns. She said she didn’t need details and that she understood.

They did not speak again until Dec. 10 and discussed hanging out that week, but Frazee said he had an issue with his truck and couldn’t. The next day, the texts showed, she said she was sorry to him. That was the last time they spoke via text, Greasby said, and she testified that she didn’t recall speaking to him on the phone since either.

BBM: I think they mean Greasby here, not Daugherty

BBM. Sounds like he sent a text to Savannah that was meant for someone else, saying he would get there when he gets done, and she had no idea what he was talking about. Probably yet another chick and he got confused in his simultaneous texts.
