Wow, that's awfully quick for her to be booked in and already released for transport to the reception center if that's what has transpired. I can't imagine where else she would be other than that, though. They're not messing around when it comes to this creature apparently! MOO

The whole aspect of birthing a few children.....

Sure it was just a mistake. Pretty sure they listed the female in the Cupcake murder as male too initially and everyone went wild speculating she was transgender. Just seems like a common mistake they make, don't know why everyone runs with it.

Patrick Frazee recently filed to appeal his conviction, which May said that it would take years to go through the court system.

Berreth’s family has asked the judge to revoke Frazee’s parental rights for the young daughter the couple shared. They’re also creating an aviation scholarship in Berreth’s honor, so the former pilot can continue to make a positive impact in the community.

True. If truly sorry, remorseful, IMO she would have fronted up, to the court, stated her remorse, and that she accepted the full sentence of 3 years, without excuses. Embarrassing that she tried to lessen blame with videos of her previous life and references from “friends” who should have not involved themselves in her defence. IMO

Patrick Frazee files notice to appeal murder conviction

....... His court-appointed public defender filed the notice Jan. 6. A filing attached to the notice says that Frazee is indigent and cannot pay for the appeal.

As part of the notice, attorneys requested transcripts from Frazee’s prior court hearings and from every day of his trial to support the possible appeal. The transcript request form says the transcripts are needed by March 9 but says little else about the nature of the potential appeal.

"Issues on appeal may include, but are not limited to: All issues preserved by objection at trial; sufficiency of the evidence; sentencing; and, any other issues Appellant chooses to raise as plain error," the notice says. ......
