I am not sure that he gets to consent to a search of his employer's property. And I am pretty sure that he only told them which tanks because they had evidence of his being in that area.
He has given nothing up until he was forced to.
I'll have to go back and read the affidavit, but I recall MSM saying he confessed and would lead them to the bodies, but LE would not confirm that. LE simply stated they believed they knew where the bodies were located.

I think it's more likely they told him we already know where the bodies are based on your work truck GPS and your bedroom sheet so he came up with his lame story. I wouldn't really count that as a confession.

Right. I’ve been saying all along that it isn’t a lack of money on their part that kept them from paying the HOA bill. They simply didn’t do it. It doesn’t mean they are broke or poor, they just didn’t do it.

Maybe they knew they would be divorcing back when they were served and decided to not worry about it.

You can’t pay HOA dues with a credit card, but you can sure buy plane tix with one!

“IMAGINE. Meeting someone who wanted learn your past not to punish you, but to understand how you needed to be loved.” (that was a while ago!)

can you imagine the total devastation shock and horror to learn that someone who did all that for you is leaving you and has another woman

the possibilities.........
A while ago as in 8/12? Awhile ago to us, but not awhile ago in terms of her last night alive.
And yes, I can imagine, unfortunately.

Today as I was out driving around with my windows open on a gorgeous summer day, I was thinking about Chris and the regret he must be feeling. Was it worth it??? To NEVER feel the sun on your face again? Never celebrate another holiday outside a prison? Throw a ball with a dog? Put your feet in the sand? Have heterosexual sex???

I don't feel bad for him, don't misinterpret what I'm saying. It just hit me all the GREAT things about life he gave up......for what?! So crazy!

That is what is sad about these tragedies. Five lives were wasted. But I'm not going to weep for CW. His days on the earth need to be as few as possible.

It was called a “work truck “ so do we know if company owned it ? If so they may have gps tracker on it

I think we were thinking the same thing at the same time

Ha ha ha.
(In regard to People magazine article, “C.W. may walk”)

You have the expertise, any chance this is an angle for his defense?:
  1. The "heat of the moment" defense: death results from a situation where the defendant is deemed to have lost control. This is often considered a part of the defense of provocation against a charge of murder. Based on the idea that all individuals may suddenly and unexpectedly lose control when words are spoken or events occur, jurisdictions differ on whether this should be allowed to excuse liability or merely mitigate to a lesser offense such as manslaughter, and under which circumstances this defense can be used.

Simple. He was cornered. It was clear they had not left the house except in his truck. He denied having an affair. But a two day investigation proved he was a liar.

Dude was cornered. He came up with the best story he could given the facts and what was known.

I agree. And he was either too arrogant or stupid (maybe both) to keep his mouth shut and retain an attorney.

but Pommery, it's no different than a cremation!

In fact next time I pass by my local funeral directors I should pop in ask them " Hey have you ever thought about oil tankers as an option? It's the new thing apparently and can I have this option for an uncertified death? Asking for a friend"

I can see his face right now.

My son had just asked me what I was doing, and I told him I was reading about the latest family annihilator, then I busted out laughing at your post! He is looking at me as if he is horrified. Thank you for the laugh. :)

I remember the post and she did not say that she was mean or abusive. She said she pushed him away when he wanted a relationship but he hung in there. There was no talk of abuse.
Sorry! In my world, I have Graves - when I don’t feel well, I’m abusive - I don’t mean to be ... I’m not a monster - I am just mean to other people verbally - like cranky, irritable, short-tempered.
When I heard her talk about this, it reminded me of me and my husband and how “I” was when I was first diagnosed and felt so bad.
I do apologize for assuming - I do this and I don’t consider myself a bad person. I certainly would never hurt my children or anyone else.
