As mad that BM was that (he thought) SM was having an affair, he was more upset that he didn’t know who it was. I think that he would have tried to kill the person she was having the affair with to eliminate him. In his twisted mind, if the lover was out of the picture, SM would return to the submissive, attentive housewife that she had always been. He would be back in control.

I don't believe it was bookkeeping. She offered to continue to do his invoices. In my line of work bookkeeping and writing out invoices are two different things.

MOO is BM wasn't letting her near his bookkeeping.

January 27, 2021 SA Grusing and SA Harris tell BM about the affair but not the identity of JL.
The next day January 28 BM admits that he suspected and questioned SM about her trip to New Orleans in February 2019 ( the first time she met JL in person).
He KNEW.
As oblivious as he was to his wife and her needs, I just don’t think you can live with someone for 20+ years and not have an inkling ( like he claims). JMO

Gotta love how BM says her family are involved in marijuana. Oh, the horror! Except it's actually completely legal in both CO and in Michigan, where said family is located, and there is nothing sketchy about it.
