On Tricia's show this evening Chris M. was on and he said 2 cops were deployed to protect the beach area where they got a passive hit today.

I wonder if that's the two guys in the "High Visibility Yellow" jackets with what looks like gun holsters on their hips?

As intrigued as I am about this beach location, I’m more excited about this undisclosed location mentioned on the PE broadcast.

Chris said that the same dog from the beach area, was paired with another dog to search an “undisclosed location.”

At this site, both dogs alerted by sitting, which seems to be much more significant than what the first dog did at the beach.

Time will tell.

I see only one dog in the pictures.
I think they said there were two cadaver dogs on the search today, and there was a hit somewhere else that the PE guys wanted to discuss later, but it makes no difference whether there was one or two at this hit. My question is still, does all of that walking over the same small hit affect the reliability of the hit? IMO

There is also no photo of the dog handler and does not mean they were not there.

What's a small hit, to you?

Odor particles are...odor particles. Walking around on top of the odor-producing object doesn't destroy odor particles (that's their big advantage).

It would be highly unlikely that someone cut their finger right there, 1-2 days ago, and now that blood is just decomposing on the surface of the ground.

It's more likely there's some hidden source of the cadaverine under where the dog struck (human cadaverine not dead fish).

If the dogs are sniffing some where that contaminated machinery was previously used, ie the bucket of a bobcat, wouldn't that machinery still have a scent? Or at least back in May they must have tested the bobcat, especially since he was caught lying about doing something mechanical to it.

The water level was still too low in May to cover where the dog hit today, imo.

I also feel that the circled side seems much more bulky and asymmetric to the left side- like he kept adding rocks when he didn't need to..

Ah. I'll take your word for it. So someone stands in for BM, wearing BM-like clothing in order to illustrate...what? The second hand account (to AM) of Barry's collapse?

I ask because most people who are suddenly struck by grief to the point that they collapse go down face first (to the knees, then down, crying).

People who are exhausted lay on their backs.

If it's in any way an accurate depiction of BM's alleged meltdown, he was merely exhausted from looking too long for a wife he knew they would not find (what was that - like 3-4 days into this nightmare)?

It does make me ponder PE's strategies (using re-enactments...)

my impression was that it's the original photo of BM that was sent to chris, (by BM's friend that sent it to him), that he's been sitting on for a month (per chris on tricia's podcast).

then he starting discussing triangulation, not necessarily pertaining to the photo, but imo hinting that sometimes a perp creates false narratives. i took it as a hint that maybe the friend who took the photo was possibly trying to create a red herring with this photo of BM? but i will definitely have to go back and listen once tricia's live is over. listening live now. chris explained triangulation involves the victim, the suspect, and a 3rd point of view, and how info changes when passed from one to the other, kinda like the telephone game. i can only think that's some kind of hint at a 3rd person having knowledge of SM's demise. chris has been speaking about triangulation from the very beginning of the investigation.

Seems it took a whole lot of luck (or prior knowledge) to have found her bike that quickly the same evening she was reported missing. They wouldn't have had a lot of daylight and it would have been hard to see down in there.


Does LE at least have someone guarding the beach area??

This was covered in one of the early threads of this discussion. The "Full Flower Moon" of May is an unusually bright full moon in the sky. It peaked on May 7th, and was barely beyond it's fullest stage, but did not rise until well after dusk. The twilight period, from about 6:30 pm to 8:00 pm, was quite dark, but by 8:30 it was brighter than it had been at 4:40 pm, when the sun was just dropping behind the higher ridges south and west of that subdivision. That "almost daylight" lasted until almost dawn. IMO

From today, I have an additional question:
Here are three shots that PE has provided of AM at the riverfront beach. The first was posted by CM on very early today, while the next two were posted this evening during the live show. The three pictures were obviously taken during the same trip to the beach, but AM is shown doing three different activities in the same spot. In the first he is walking back toward the residence under construction, while in the second he is probing with a T-handled steel rod. In the third he is with the dog, who is sniffing but not sitting. AM said that he had a probe that he had been using in his hand in this photo. On the show tonight, AM said the dog made a hit on this spot, that it was promptly secured and turned over to the CBI and The FBI. Does all of this activity affect the validity of the dog's hit? I honestly don't know. IMO

IMO, I’m taking the position to let’s wait and see what happens here. I would imagine there was a lot of energy and emotion around that beach area. Some dogs are very in-tuned to that. I mentioned before a friend with her HRD dog often likes to go in completely blind to a call out, if possible, with very little information so she can work her dog and not inadvertently give off cues that throws a false alert from her dog. These dogs want to please. It’s also crucial that they train where there are NO HR, it’s a clean scene. It’s very uncomfortable for the dog when they don’t succeed but they have to work through that as well.

I know someone working through a training error because her dog was all of a sudden giving false alerts during training. A step back and analyzing what changed, it was revealed she changed one time the reward for her dog from a single dedicated ball to a random stick. The dog was literally throwing false alerts because he wanted a damn random stick as a reward. Tricky tricky smartie pants dog. But now she must document that and show in writing how she corrected it. They are animals, training and training some more is crucial and proofing weak points.

Only that handler can speak to her dogs capabilities, what’s normal for that dog when he/she is in odor, alerts, etc. it really can be confusing for Joe Public to hear this info. I’ve even heard of handlers giving a “what for” to a LE official for misspeaking to the public about their dogs tracking & potential finds. They may have to speak in court about it one day.

Hearing this is was a veteran dog with a proven reputation has my interest. Again, let’s wait & see. It’s also possible HR are present but not an actual body. We know LE was on this site, near this beach area, digging up concrete. It’s even possible one of their dogs hit but the original source could not be found. There are just so many variables and scenarios that could be at play here.

Again, let’s see what comes of this. IMO

I don’t think so. It’s almost as if AM has hired the PE guys as his own private investigators and they are receiving publicity as payment.

Only 1 of the PE guys were there..not even sure if he is still there, but he was yesterday.
No proof they were welcomed with "Open arms" from LE or not as we did not hear of LE until the vigil last night.
AM did not "HIRE" PE
PE offered to help out with the searching for Suzanne.
Their backgrounds and experience have proven very helpful
I mean, look how many searchers showed up !!!
Yes, PE has followers on their Youtube and SM but it helps bring Suzanne's case front and forward
Every missing person should be so lucky to have that many searchers show up to help a family member search for their loved one.
I know everyone is entitled to their own opinions on WS and I respect that.

Tonight on Tricia's Youtube show she had Chris M. from P.E. as her guest. During their discussion she asked him to confirm that tomorrow (Sunday 9/27) is the last search day and he said yes.

Pure speculation...

The silence from Suzanne’s daughters is really extraordinary. I may be way off base but Barry may have convinced them that Suzanne was abducted by a specific person(s). One or more of his alleged meth using ex-employees would make an ideal scapegoat. When Barry applied for guardianship in IN, did he and his daughters have separate attorneys?. If he did hire attorneys for his daughters, it wasn’t to protect their rights. IMO he did it to prevent his daughters from taking to LE any more than they already had. He’s probably doing his best to isolate them, like he did Suzanne, and he may be the only source of information for them.

I am NOT blaming Suzanne’s daughters for anything. If Barry controlled Suzanne, he likely controlled/controls his daughters too. A loving father would never put his children in the position of having to choose sides.
