OMG I am doing soduko and half listening to NG and I thought for a second they were covering ICA! I heard Judge Strickland saying "You are charged with aggravated neglect of a child". But I looked up and it's the mom who ate pizza while her 3 year old died after being beaten to death. Bet JS is having flashbacks.

I've been thinking lately about the toll these cases take on judges. Horrible.

Personally I hope Judge Perry grants the Anthony's request to be in the court during trial. I want them to see every bit of evidence that proves Casey did do this. They can finally toss the denial and stop with the lies they use to drag everyone else down. It's time to pay the piper Ms. Anthony.

I love the passion of your intent, Strach, but the Anthonys could have watched Casey murder Caylee and dump her tiny body and still wouldn't be truthful about it. It's never going to happen, they weren't truthful people prior to this.

Besides, after watching George & Cindy's horrid, inexcusable behavior in court last week, I have a very strong feeling that HHJP will sequester them so as to avoid tossing them during someone's mid-testimony.

I think I understand correctly- that not all the people listed for each side will necessarily testify. I was looking to see if Mark Hawkins was listed as a witness, and he is-along with his mother.

I want to hear the SA's full case, right now, since I can't I am trying to imagine parts of it by seeing who they wish to call as a witness.

Whatever it is, it'll be 1 part news to 10 parts hype served over crushed ice with a twist.

I'm sure that there have been additional pictures that the grieving grandparents have held onto for future personal benefits.

Those benefits having dollar signs attached to that affidavit, IMO.
HLN's can have some new pictures to smack us with during their commentary of the trial.

Tick tock. I hope the trial answers many questions and leaves very few lingering questions.. I wish we could find out the whole truth about what, when, how and why..but i'm afraid we will be left with our best speculations on much of that. As long as the end result is GUILTY, Murder I, as it should be, she can take her knowledge of the truth and sit in a cell for the rest of her life with it, or until the needle goes in, whichever is her fate.

I would love to see HHJP keep GA and CA out of the courtroom. Can you imagine the look on their faces. They wouldn't be able to run out of the courtroom as though they didn' know what would be discussed. They use Caylee for pity as well as financial gain.:maddening

I understand but do you really think that would turn them around? Considering the shaking head and nasty faces they make when the prosecution is speaking. I would bet they are already aware of what ICA has done.

Regarding the "affidavit" that people are talking about.

Someone that was in court the last day of those hearings, overheard some media person from InSessions make a comment to George and or Cindy about needing to get some paperwork/affidavit signed before March 22.
That they would come over to the house, {?} but would not come unnounced.

I'm kind of torn on this subject.
I know that for the good of the trial, that it is best that they are made to stay out all together.

But, on the other hand, you have to admit, that it would be a hoot to watch them squirm, smirk, get smarky and snarly, and, for the jury to see it all.

But, you know that even with them sitting out in the hallway, they're gonna have their laptops and will be watching just like the rest of us.

It's too bad that there won't be cameras outside the courtroom, to catch them trying to storm IN all in a lather over something that has been said and they want to attack.
