First thing came to my mind, was I know of no law in any of our states where we get to decide a money judgment, instead of a judge or jury. Under that Law they get to set amount WTA.But a court will do prosecution.

Reading the affidavits of the Billings you all have linked here (copyrighting names and declaring one’s self sovereign) brings to mind several past acquaintances of acquaintances who were generally extremely conservative and believed that the United States, when written a certain way, was just a corporation and that one could either opt in or opt out of being a part/citizen of the corporation. Some believed that by using various forms of magic language to declare themselves to be sovereign, they wouldn’t have to pay taxes. The one thing they all had in common was that they bought and owned gold. They thought currency was worthless (well, they may be right about that part) so they stockpiled gold for the time when the government collapsed. Now, if LPJ and his band of ninjas thought, however wrongly, that the Billings might be of that persuasion, then they would also have had reason to believe they would need at least 5 people to carry out the safe full of gold. Just a thought.

Happy that LE recognized the importance of the media helping solve this case! To me, this is media's most glowing asset...solving crime!

Media got the word out but a big THANK YOU to the people who called LE about location of that big ole red van.If more people called in what they see or know about that s criminal we all would be safer.

Probably not related at all, but it is interesting that there was a LB introduced as a "new intern working on licensure" for the Pensacola Bay Baptist Association meeting from an Executive Committee Meeting of the Olive Baptist Church on August 18, 2008. The church had 1572 international missions in Moldova, Brazil, & Africa. Since the book of poetry that was just released in July 2009 involved Christian poetry, I just find it another amazing cowinky dink! :crazy:

When he was talking about why federal authorities were involved and was listing different agencies, he mentioned drugs. Right then, the prosecuting attorney called him over and he quickly said he couldn't discuss it.
I think the complicated businesses and things have to with a drug ring that some of the perps (the ones from today) have to do with.
He didn't give the impression that the businesses he was speaking of had anything to do with the victims.

And a very good thought it is.A lot of people are waiting for the next crash and I am sure the rich has so much more to worry about then reg people like me lol.I have noticed here on east coast a lot of tv ads wanted to pay a good amount to buy gold.Now that makes me think there is a reason for that.Gold is at a high price now It does not make sense same thing happened in the early 1980 but gold was low so alot bought and made a huge profit when it shot up to around 800 an oz.That only makes sense they want to hoard gold out of fear.And no I didnt invest in 1980 I was too young and too broke lol.

Again, I have not read to the rest of this thread yet, just catching up. But their daughter Nikki passed away I think last fall. If you read Melanie Billings Myspace this is how I took it...
